Am I eligible for the Scroll of Resurrection?

I'm a little confused about the requirements to use a Scroll of Resurrection. Is it only for accounts that do not have BC installed? I have a Burning Crusade account that has not been played for over 90 days, would I still be eligible, or would it not work because my account is already BC-enabled?
I've been reading on the WoW site and the way that they state things makes it really confusing.
"Who can I cast Scroll of Resurrection on?
You can send invitations through this program to someone who previously subscribed to World of Warcraft and whose last time playing the game was more than 90 days ago (this includes any previous time playing The Burning Crusade Trial). Only accounts which were in good standing before their playtime expired are eligible for this invitation. For a similar offer for those of your friends who have never subscribed to World of Warcraft, please see the Recruit-A-Friend FAQ (US Link)."
" Who is eligible to try The Burning Crusade 10-day free trial edition?
Anyone who has a current paid subscription or has ever had a paid subscription to World of Warcraft and did not delete his/her registration information can try The Burning Crusade. There is a limit of one free trial per account, however. Also, World of Warcraft "classic" trial accounts are not eligible for the Burning Crusade 10-day free trial."
I've never tried the BC trial before, but I have the whole expansion installed and my account has been upgraded, so would that void my eligibility for it?
