If that doesn't help, I could dig more and see all the quest chains you need to do in order to get to Orgrim's Hammer/The Skybreaker.

What zone(s) did you skip? I do them in this order, HF, BT, DB, GH, ZD and before i'm done in ZD I'm level 80.
My first character did it that way, and my second character is 77 and not done in DB yet.

Ok... so in storm peaks i did every single quest from frosthold and the place up by snowdrift plains from bouldercrag. All the quest lines from each, and its only taken me to about 65% through lvl 78.
/shrug.
At lvl 78 I had yet to step foot in Ice Crown or Stormpeaks. You missed some stuff.
