To be honest, you are ready for Naxx. I compared you to another Rogue that I personally know and your gear is way better than his. I also went through your armor and weapons.
Although, your hit rating is a bit low if I'm not mistaken.
If I was you, I would start Naxx, get a few epics along the way and slowly increase your hit rating where possible but make sure you keep your damage.

140 hit rating at 70 equates to ~8.8% to hit. Regardless, I do agree he is alright since he has Precision 5/5. He has a total of 9.14% to hit so specials should land. Increasing hit rating at this point improves white attacks and poisons.
