Get rid of your hit rating. You're a healer, you don't need it.
I dodge heals!
And so it doesn't look like I am trolling - you really shouldn't enter Heroics with greens on you. Blues minimum. Maybe even some of the PvP gear (which you can buy with Stone Keeper's Shards from running normal instances with Wintergrasp buff on) for more crit and stamina.
And make sure you are keeping Bacon of Light on your tank at all times - makes healer's job a little easier.

Yes, looks like you need to start running some higher level regular dungeons first and do some questing in higher levels areas as well. There's a long questline in The Storm Peaks which will eventually send you into the Halls of Lightning and give you access to some nice upgrades. Head over to Coldarra and pick up "Aces High"..you get a nice chestpiece from that quest too. Take a look at rep rewards too. You can get some nice glyphs from the Sons of Hodir and Wymrest Accord if you get honored and revered with them.
I'm still working on my holy Paladin. I have yet to take her into an 80 Heroic. I guess I'm still concentrating on learning the fights in normal mode. My spellpower is around 1400 unbuffed. Unfortunately my crit is rather low at 14 percent. . Seems Blizzard would rather put spell haste on the gear instead of crit or mp5 so I'm trying to balance things out. Best thing to do is make a list of all the possible gear and go looking for it. The list you have is quite good and I'm looking at that stuff as well. ;)
Don't overlook other types of gear for healing such as mail, leather or even cloth! If you can't get what you need from plate then look elsewhere! It's one advantage Paladins have over other healing classes..we can wear anything! Better to have a blue item that is mail then a green plate item. Plus make sure you enchant when you can! It makes a BIG difference!
Also, make sure you use the right healing spells. Being a Healadin is more than just spamming FOL over and over again. DEFINITELY use Holy Shock when you can! It's great and combined with Divine Favor you have a very potent heal which will give you an instant FOL right afterwards! Plus, when you have to move around Holy Shock is your friend because you can cast it when moving. Keep Beacon of Light and Sacred Shield up on your tank when you find others in the party going down..this will keep your tank healed as you heal others in the party. Put Seal of Light up too and keep an eye on your mana. In long boss fights you'll want to use Divine Illumination and Divine Plea whenever they come up too so as to conserve mana. You'll also want to research which glyphs are good for you as well. There's lots of info in the Paladin forums here.
I tend to arrange all my healing spells on one side of my keyboard so I have access to them and highlight the tank at all times. And if you don't have Add ons like Healbot, Pally Power and Decursive already then get them..they help a bunch.
I don't think you have far to go. Looks like you have to organize things a bit better. If you are feeling overwhelmed by Heroics it's better to go into the normal instances and practice healing and get your confidence up and get yourself geared up and then venture into Heroics when you are ready rather than wipe a lot and get demoralized. I for one, am glad I stayed Holy while leveling up to 80. I did a lot of healing and kept my skills sharp, which is a good thing. Do as much healing in instances as you can, even if there isn't always gear to be had.
Oh..and please...fix your armor. ;) Good luck!
