First off, you need more SP. I see spirit enchants/no enchants. Get your SP up to 1500 or so (at least, and I mean unbuffed, no Inner Fire). There are very few (if any) heroic fights that require any regen, and you have pots and your fiend, so throw those regen trinkets in the bank.
Second. You are a tailor. Where is the moonshroud peices, which are far superior to your current peices.
Third. Where is your wand?
Fourth. Where are the enchants/item enhancements? If you dont' have the rep for LK head/shoulder enchancements, go to Shat and buy the BC ones.
Fifth. Time for a new spec.
1) Place no points in Shadow. You are a healer.
2) Discipline is fine, except take the points out of Silent Resolve. Tank threat is good now, don't waste those points.

To OP, You should be doing lvl 80 instances and working on your rep with factions. There are lots of quests that will get you nice upgrades for your gear. For your chest pc, try Halls of Lighting reg.
Raiments of the Titans drops very often off loken, the last boss. I use it until I was exalted with the Kirin Tor, when I got
Robes of Crackling Flame, by thats time I had been doing heroics and replacing gear and saved up 80 badges for the T7 chest.
I would get the
Wispcloak made, its mats are fairly cheap just find someone who has it. It will last you a good while.
Also try Utgarde Pinnacle reg, the 1st boss drops a very nice boss that will last you till heroics.

Serendipity , which may cause a problem but you will have a great deal of mana/spirit to help you along. I used this spec while gearing more in lower heroics bc I kept going oom then once my gear got better went to

Here is my priest at the moment. And I only started doing heroics late last week. Granted I had a good run in Draktharon last night and got something like 3 good replacement items out of it, however the rest of it (from memory) is either crafted by myself, pre-heroic gear, rep rewards or quest rewards.
