I dinged 85 on my warrior last friday and started tanking HCs about 3 hours after ding so I've grinded HCs for the past week and gotten 3 epics(4 soon).
I'm currently at about 11% Dodge/Parry with parry being higher a bit. I have 20.6something Mastery so my Block is about 50%.
My guild is going to raid this saturday and I want to make sure I'm ready.
Ps. Cannot link Armory on phone but Pewpewdance @ Chamber of Aspects-EU. Don't hate the green bracers, 5k rep until Exalted with Ramkahen.

A few things that look bad for a raiding tank:
zero proffesions
8 unenchanted items
lacking prime glyph (shield slam)
i dont find blitz exactly useful for raids, but its a matter of personal prefference.
PS: here is his armory:

I know of the unenchanted items, don't have gold for them atm.
Glyph of Shield Slam sells for like 500g on my server so I wont buy it yet.
Still deciding what professions to level

Use a
talent spec like this
for raiding. You can take the points from Deepwounds and put them in Gag order if you want and the extra point put in Vigilance. Though all of this is preference.
If the glyph is that much gold, Get the raw mats and get someone to make it for you for a modest tip.
You need to sort them enchants out or you'll probably be laughed out of the raid.
General rule of thumb is to get all your items to ilvl 346> before raiding and you'll have no trouble at all.
Change your neck for
this
.
Change your ilvl 333 ring for
this
.
Bracers, You are already sorting them.
Change your belt (If you can afford it, but from prevous comments i doubt it) For
this one
.
Change your ilvl 333 Trinket for
either
of
these
three
(in 'BiS' terms Mirror>Crab>Finger)
Change the Chest for
either of
these two
.
Change your boots for this
one
.

Thanks! I know all the rep rewards so I just need time to grind HCs.
Today I will sort most of the Enchants(helm&shoulder tomorrow) and I'll see to the glyph mats.

if you're that pressed for gold, you will need a gathering/crafting combo.
mining/JC is a good choice, and you can get a nice trinket out of it.

You are a prime example why some spreadsheets give an options to tick...
I am too lazy for:
Leveling my proffesions
Getting expensive items
Getting gold
Getting exalted with stuff (Therazane Hated, Baradin Hold - not even present, Dragonmaw - Friendly, Earthen ring - Friendly, i know its just a week, but really - doing dailies grants you both money and the rep
PS: You got 1200 rep with your guild. That means you are either in there for a week or you didint do almost any quests.

1. I have 6 lvl 85s, I have all professions already.
2. Many alts, all need gold
3. Look at 2.
4. I am exalted with all factions across all my chars, again refer to 2.
5. It's a Raiding guild I joined which just started.

The fact that you're getting uppity with someone that's giving you information leaves a bad taste in my mouth. You're Exalted with all factions and have all of the professions across all of your characters. Cool. That doesn't do a single thing for your tank, which is what you're posting about.
You need to have Exalted reputation with the Dragonmaw Clan for your epic Boots.
You need to have Exalted reputation with the Guardians of Hyjal for your epic Cape.
You need to have Exalted reputation with the Rahmaken for your epic Bracers.
In regards to the Glyph of Shield Bash, either your server's economy is incredibly @#$%ed up, or you're looking at the wrong glyph; it goes for 85g on my server at the high end.
Level your professions. Jewelcrafting / Blacksmithing gives you a license to print money and gives you a noticeable addition to your gem bonuses. Skinning / Leatherworking also allows you to get a massive amount of gold in a short period of time, you get a large amount of Stamina for your bracers, and you don't have to keep paying 1000g every time you get a new pair of pants.
As far as your talents go, get rid of those godawful points in Deep Wounds and put them in Battle Trance. Having a free Devastate / Thunder Clap / Shockwave can be a huge boon. Also, Gag Order is a very situational talent. In a Heroic, I can think of literally two instances where it is useful, and even then LoS is able to be done. Take those points out and put them in either Incite or cap out War Academy.
You asked if you were ready for raiding. The answer is a resounding "no." So don't get irate when someone posts a list of your shortcomings and respond with a smart ass list.

1. I have 6 lvl 85s, I have all professions already.
Look how many i got. I got 2 tailors, 2 enchanters, 2 miners, 2 skinners, 2 herbalists.
Rest is more or less covered. All my chars have two proffesions, just for the sake of having those bonuses or gathering proffesions while leveling.
2. Many alts, all need gold
Many alts, all get me tones of gold while leveling and doing normal quests and dailies. All gathering proffesions i got save me tones of gold i would have to put for raw mats, all crafting proffesions make everything free at the cost of raw mats, and i dont have to run around looking for JC or enchanter when i get an upgrade.
Also most of the expenses are one time nature. Its not like you can play all 5 chars at the same time and provide upgrades for every single one. You gear them up and they are ready, should you need to use them. When you actually use them they earn for their expenses. Unless all you do is idling in Orgrimmar.
3. Look at 2.
I am looking and i am not seeing it. With all proffesions covered, mats dont cost you jack *!@# to provide. Unless you lie and you dont have all proffesions covered. Which situation with your Prime glyph seems to point to. You dont have maxed Scribe. I do. I also got bank full of inks to do any glyph my guildies would want.
4. I am exalted with all factions across all my chars, again refer to 2.
You arent with your warrior. Thats one of your 85's. Untrue. The reasons to get exalted on that exact char were given above.
5. It's a Raiding guild I joined which just started.
And after a week of farming reps you got 1200 rep with them? I remember when i was farming rep on my DK. Both weeks i was capped for rep and top 5 rep providers in my guild even though i dont raid on it with guild (raids provide most guild rep).
You arent ready to raid because you are too lazy to get all the stuff your other 4 85's have on your warrior.
On some of these chars, am I lazy? Yes.
Do I have all the needed resources to gear them up? Yes.
Do I care? No.
Do I want to raid with them all? No, again. Those that i wanted to make ready for raiding are made ready for raiding.
