I would change your meta gem to Relentless Earthsiege Diamond (21 agility 3% critical damage). Since you have the 2pcT9 bonus, your priority could change a little, and Serpent Sting is now important since it crits; try a priority like:
Hunter's Mark > Kill Shot > Explosive Shot > Serpent Sting > Black Arrow > Aimed/Multi > Steady

No word on using the mm spec is it viable without one of the two arm-pen trinkets?
I would say your gear is possible for you to do well with MM. Your ArPen is high enough where arcane shot can be taken out of the rotation, thus creating more room for more steady shots and more chances to keep Piercing Shots up on your target. So your priority would look like:
Hunter's Mark > Serpent Sting > Chimera > Aimed > Steady
Another trick if you'd like to do as MM is replace Chimera Shot glyph with Glyph of Trueshot Aura, and have Serpent and Aimed Shot as your other glyphs. If you run with TSA glyph, remember that an enhancement shaman's Unleashed Fury and a blood death knights Abominable Might both override TSA, so if you run with the glyph, put this macro in place of your Aimed Shot:
/cancelaura unleashed fury
/cancelaura abominable might
/cast aimed shot
This will cancel the aforementioned auras and keep TSA up, thus increasing your Aimed Shot's crit chance. Also, a little unconventional, but because we're buffing Aimed Shot, it can move up on the priority, and making it:
Hunter's Mark > Serpent > Aimed > Chimera > Steady
I ran with the latter at 500 ArPen and noticed a 600 dps increase. Hope it helps :)

I don't play SV so this may seem a silly question but why is it not BA then ES? I'd think you would want to have that 6% extra damage on the ES.
iirc, You want to start with ES first because you end up being able to fit more ES's throughout the course of a fight. Firing more ES's is better than 6% increased damage to it, but anyone is free to correct me on it; I just thought it was something I read over on EJ, but I could have read it wrong :)
