Any cues about Western Deathkneel
Return to board index
Hello fellow RPers
So ive been recently spending alot of time exploring Western Deathkneel....i wonder is it still a viable Old God place? What do you think?
I think yes since we know that the 3rd Old God Nzoth may be a WoW version of Lovecraft s 7-eyed(Or was it 9?) black goat Shub-Niggurath.And Tirisfal Glades is such a fitting place with its dark forest....i mean Yogg-Saron also agrees in his Puzzle Box saying "The silent, sleeping, staring houses in the backwoods always dream... It would be merciful to tear them down..." and others.Also...has anyone been there?Whats with the skeleton that appears to be a fisherman and the ungatherable mushrooms forming a circle....it just makes me so curious.
Ofcourse if you go to the entrance of Throne of the Tides you will notice there is a spot for another raid/dungeon which may also contain an Old God.But that doesnt matter lets just focus on Tirisfal Glades.
Well there is the lake surrounded by mountains. Apart from that, can't really think any options. So assuming that there is an OG in TG, it is hidden inside the mountains (again)
I'm thinking if there is an Old God in the northern Eastern Kingdom it'll be around the Shrine of Ula'tek. It seems to me like the Titans wanted the Old Gods as far from the Well as possible. We know that the reach of the Old Gods extends quite far (both literally and metaphorically). It would be no difficult task for one's grasp to reach Tirisfal from there and there is a portal to the Emerald Dream not far from it either. But you could very well be right. Either way I'd be happy.
I believe that any Old God in North Eastern Kingdoms will be in the Tirisfal Glade, an inaccessible area where the High Elves originally settled and then went mad.
