From first looking at your stats and comparing you to another Rogue I know, I can see that your damage is a little off. Your gear seems fine but I think your talents are letting you down.
From knowledge of being a Rogue, if your raiding you should be combat swords. I know you like your daggers and you can actually keep your daggers on the combat spec. But whilst your raiding, you shouldn't be Assassination spec at all.
Here is what I would spec as if I was a lvl 80 Rogue and raiding.
That is what I would spec based on what spells and abilities you use. I hope that this helps you out :)

i was combat for a yr..switched to mut 1week ago and my dps has skyrocketed in the same gear..u gonna tell me i played combat wrong for that long? MUT ftw
