Have you looked into the new BOA (bind on account) items?

I assume you know the items scale with your level, but if not you do now. I don't know what their stats are at 19, but I'm pretty certain they either are just as good or beat the other available things. I'd spec some variation of Backstab btw.

Well in that case, I'd do http://www.wowhead.com/?item=1935 MH and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=5192 OH with a Backstab spec.

Speed increase is a godsend... you can catch ppl up and its great for flag runnin wen sprint on CD
