Also in the original post some1 said that all classes get a CC ability exept warriors wich is true BUT!warriors were never ment to have CC so why should that fact change now?idd sometimes dmg PvE warriors aren't picked for dungeons since they lack some sort of CC but in high end instances dps warriors are really a usefull since the can out damage just about any other class..
Shamans weren't meant to have CC either, but now they get hex. Druids weren't meant to have CC either, but now they run around cycloning everyone. So why not warriors?
The stuff about high end instances may or may not be true (in my experience it usually isn't), but it still leaves you wondering - how are DPS warriors supposed to get into the raids and do that nice damage when they are banned from 5-mans?
Silly stuff like "go do arena" or "gear up as prot" don't answer that question. They are workarounds, not solutions.

I don't see how TG affects crit, hit or expertise rating. The effect on AP depends entirely on the way it is implemented - whether the AP contribution to autoattacks (+HS/cleave) is added before or after the slowing effect. If the AP contribution is added after the slowing effect, TG will (in effect) just reduce the DPS of the weapon by 20-28%, which brings twohanders close to the same DPS as onehanders of the same ilevel and rarity.
Correctly speaking the crit/hit/expertise act as a coefficient to AP and weapon damage. They aren't nerfed directly, but they still suffer the effects on white damage of the AP nerf. The effect won't be a direct 20% nerf with them, but each percentage of crit increases in value as you add more AP.
Every single haste effect in the game up until this point has applied after AP calculations. If AP is adjusted for after the haste effect then speccing more than one point into TG would be a waste, as the amount of points lost in exchange for recovering the 20% weapon damage seems to be trivial. If Blizzard takes the other route and makes TG supply a different weapon speed to the game, before any AP calculations, then taking points in TG would be a nerf, as slam is unnormalized and would be scary OP with a 4.5+ speed weapon.
I'm hoping for the third option, because I want to be able to one-shot death knights with my Coldsteel Reaper (I made that up, but it sounds kickass, doesn't it?) whilst yelling "IMMA CHARGIN'
MAH LAZER" as the slam cast counts up.

Because they're implementing a bunch of talents to make fury warriors half-assed tanks that won' get invites anyways?

I remember doing 400 DPS when I first entered Kara, now I top meters. It feels good to have gotten there, but it was a trial even to get the gear to pull off that 400 DPS to begin with. Badge gear is hard, seeing as how it's even a trial to get into heroics depending on the leader, and heroic HrT is nearly impossible.
Silly stuff like "go do arena" or "gear up as prot" don't answer that question. They are workarounds, not solutions.
I remember being able to main tank UBRS as a fury warrior (when I had a better connection). God I miss that, even if a lot of other stuff in this game is so much nicer now.

I dont understand how Bloodsurge and the prospect of carrying around a pair of 2-handers doesnt excite anyone else.
I'm not too excited about titan's grip just because of how
incredibly stupid
it will look to run around with a giant sword in each hand... among other things.
Edit: It would look just as stupid with axes and maces as well.

I just think of Conan & then Titan's Grip makes sense, to me anyway.

You guys are messed up lol, sure bladestorm isnt perfect but did you see the talent that gives you a 30% chance to execute regardless of targets hp when you crit? jesus christ
my main is a warrior, and the only thing im really dissapointed in truely is how the 51 talent fury point isnt for pve, currently i do complain how fury warriors cant pvp, but you give us a useless one.
BLIZZARD
FURY WARRIORS CANNOT DO ARENA
WITHOUT MORTAL STRIKE EFFECT (i had to scream it..forgive me)
and how they added ANOTHER threat reduction talent, like we &*!@ing needed one? just give us salvation and we already have what, 10% from imp zerker and 30% from salv, so blizz wants warriors who dps in raid environments to have 50% reduced threat? doesnt that defeat the purpose of being high on agro incase the tank dies and sword and boarding what you can with shield wall and whatnot? we dont dps in defensive stance blizzard....rgr, and those prot talents are scary, youll probably see some prot warriors in arena, real scary class to bring in a 5v5
as for dual wield 2handers, has anyone else made their second stormherald? ... i have ;)

Still not a nerf of the crit/hit/expertise.
And this is just another run-of-the-mill haste (antihaste) effect, right? I only suggest it would work this unusual way because it would make twohanders basically a way of getting very slow onehanders with extra stats. Of course the extra points in TG would then be a nerf for slam (and even to whirlwind), but people are already wondering whether a slam DW rotation would work at all. Quicker attacks with no extra AP contribution would be very meh in itself, but would be very nice once you start execute-spamming, since rage generation would be smoother.
Have fun casting non-instant Slam in PvP (especially if it's untalented).

Yes it is, if you approach the matter from the perspective of SeP values such as any decent warrior DPS calculator uses, grab one off of elitistjerks and toy with it and watch what value crit has when you tweak AP. You would be surprised how heavy some warriors are into theorycraft.
Everyone with any brains wonders how well a slam DW rotation would work before they start screaming like a schoolgirl at a Justin Timberlake concert. However if it's a standard anti-haste it's not much of an improvement, if any, over a deeper arms spec or deeper prot if you are just going to HS rage dump. If it only affects the attack speed and weapon damage the points are only good for execute spam, but then again this is why most warriors attempt to carry a spare pair of fast weapons anyways.
I already do, it's not as hard as most people make it seem as long as it's improved. You just need to watch for openings. The best target for Slam are keyboard turners if you can get behind them, or opponents right off a intercept stun + white attack, or anything getting stunlocked by a rogue, or any players not walking directly away from you after a piercing howl or hamstring. They have .5 seconds to get out of your melee range, if you can keep them there and haven't progressed more than a few seconds into your auto swing slam provides a hefty little burst at the cost of rage.

No, it doesn't touch the value of crit etc. - it touches AP and by extension anything that synergizes with the AP - but those synergies would not be there without the AP anyway, so in reality it still only affects the AP.
And with regard to improved slam, yeah that will probably work (I haven't tried it since it was buffed). But that's not in a PvP spec anyway, so...
