Bladestorm is worthless cause you can't move while it goes so unless you have a druid or mage on your arena team to root, there's no reason to spec that far into arms. Besides warriors are best when specced arms and fury in arenas going heavy into one leaves you without the perks of the other.
Anger Management is a talent that I don't even get now so that could be personal preference. It has never been worth the 1 talent point. (Edit: It is rumored that AM will generate 1 rage every 3 seconds out of combat in WOTLK but I sort of doubt it. The tooltip does not say "while in combat" anymore but so does the tooltip in wowarmory.com which makes me assume that it will keep the same mechanics as it does in TBC)
OP's cooldown is fine already why spec for the cooldown decrease?
Intercept is our bread and butter so a 1 second increase on the stun would be stupid to pass up.
Sudden Death is something that I didn't originally see changed I thought it was still imp discipline, that's something I would add the build.
Death Wish is still good for the burst damage when you really need it. Taking it out for more into Imp MS wouldn't be too costly considering the nerf.

- Anger management provides more rage per point than Unbridled Wrath by far, I have seen figures suggesting it actually exceeds the rage generation of all five points.
- It generates one rage every three seconds, in combat and out. It's worked that way since before the release of Ahn'Quiraj, the only thing that has changed is the tooltip. It doesn't stop rage decay though, which is 3 rage every 3 seconds.

http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=LVMhbIbqMfdr0sZiczV0xRZ0hYou can still move while under the affects of bladestorm, you just can't use special abilities.
I'd say that 1 rage per 3 seconds is more valuable than an extra point in two-handed weapon specialization.
The reason why you would want to decrease the CD on overpower is so that when a rogue used overpower on you, you would be able to just spam overpower. I know the use is situational, but it pretty much guarantees you victory against a rogue using evasion.
An extra 1 second on a stun that you'll only be able to use at most every 15 seconds isn't very good, especially with diminishing returns.
Edit: Why do you keep adding improved charge in all of your builds? If you're up against a decent opponent, you generally won't go out of combat until either you or your enemy is dead. An extra 6 rage each arena fight isn't very good. Let's say you're in a 1 minute 2v2 encounter. During that one minute in combat, you would gain 20 rage from anger management, versus 6 rage from improved charge, despite improved charge costing twice as many talent points. Even in short 1v1 encounters, anger management will still give more rage than improved charge.
You might want to also consider taking blood craze since the amount of health regen is being doubled in WotLK.
