The border of your minimap totally covers your clock (coordinates?).

I suggest you to make one of your 3 bars disappear like a bar with everything you don't need in combat (mount, professions, some macros), I don't think your spells are well placed, because in exemple I see Recklessness in a bar that don't seem to be the berserker one, and the spell reflection in the berserker one.
If you place your spell better than now, you can easily gain some space, if you decide to reduce your black bottom bar.
For the minimap, you can remove the clock, and take a clock mod instead, because now your clock is useless at the moment. If you've a panel, like I think, behind your minimap, just reduce his strata/level.
