63 means you're in Outland, which probably means AoE grinding in Nagrand. Once you get too high for there, head to Netherstorm and melt some blood elves around the mana forges.
In Northrend I'd begin with Borean Tundra. Loads of mammoth and rhino herds to burn down.

i would suggest questing over AOE grinding, as i feel its just as fast with much much more gold. AOE grinding is more viable also if you have rested xp so i dont know if you just made your dk or have been resting it for a while.
Otherwise, i enjoy AOE grinding on the orcs in terrokar at that level(the fel orcs or the shattered hand orcs, doesnt matter)
