AP scaling with skills?

hey ive been looking around and cant find if anywhere anyone has posted the % of AP spells recivie. i know in the skill book they show how much the dieseas get but what about skills like HB or DC, even pest. and blood boil,

im curently working on a hybrid build of frost and unholy and trying to think which would net more damage. 10% more damage to targets infected with frost feaver, or 25% increse for my spell from my AP, (45 talent frost tree or the 20 talent unholy tree). namly woundering which will improve my HB more.

i see people saying HB is loseing it CD comes 3.0.8 where does it say that anywear in the patch notes?

And 2, HB is being removed from CD, I can't find the link for it, but a blue confirmed it.
