This would be the shortest arena season ever if it ended right now. And Blizzard always gives at least 1 week notice (which they have not given).
The 3.3 patch will be out BEFORE this current arena season ends
. The new arena gear, vault boss, etc will be patched in and available after season 7 ends which will probably be sometime in January (based on the length of the last few seasons).

They wont release the new season at sametime than 3.3 because you cant get to the last bosses of ICC on 3.3 release.
