Arena Team Now Requires Level 80?

Last night I went to create a new Arena team. I spoke with Steamwheedle Sam, Arena Organizer
in Blade's Edge Mountains only to be told that I need to be a level 80 to create a new team. huhh?

Does anyone know what Blizz is doing? Does Blizz know what they are doing?

First the PvP rewards disappeared and now a level 71 player can not create a new arena team? We have to be a level 80? Someone might suggest to Blizz that they quit destroying this game. Even new-comers like me are getting pretty tired of the BS.

Arena teams are for level 70 or level 80 characters only, 71-79 can not participate in rated arena matches.

Also, when you level from 70 to 71 all of your arena points are reset.
