Hello Warrior forums! I made a new Warrior, just to get to experience something new. Arms has always interested me, so I figured I'd spec Arms. My idea was something like this:
58/8/5Since I'm new to the Warrior and how it functions, please don't bash me for how noobish this may be, just give me your opinions, what you would change and what you would keep.
Thanks ahead of time =)

You'll probably want this more. Thunderclap gives unneeded aggro to yourself and as arms you'll already have enough threat when you crit hard. Bloodrage isn't really necessary either, its more important for the tank to be able to cast a shout and a thunderclap or w/e at the beginning of his pull.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LcdrdfIt00bRffRthxIo0bshould benefit you more for leveling at least. I use it for dps, but its just tailored for my own play style. I use deflection more for grinding mobs, it slightly decreases damage and also help me build rage. I use piercing howl in case I pull aggro (my improv aggro reducing ability) because it slows down the mobs enough so I can stay out of range and the tank can pick them back up. If I didn't use these, I'd put more in unbridled wrath to get more rage generation for Mortal Strike casts and Execute due to sudden death procs.
Thanks, after reviewing my build that probably would be a lot better for me leveling. Thank you for the suggestion, I think I'll use that.

When choosing
Taste for Blood, I think it would be wise to put points into
Improved Overpower, for the additional critical strike chance. I agree with WoWFan123 regarding Improved Bloodrage and Thunder Clap.
Your spec looks pretty similar to
my current one, which is kind of a mixture of PvE and PvP talents. I play on a PvP server, so I have to be a bit more durable PvP-wise - don't want to respec every time I get outside of an instance, and my guildies haven't complaint about it... yet.
But glad your picking arms, it is simply the best imo ;-) Nothing beats bashing heads in with a big 2-hander!

Don't listen to anyone who tells you that Arms is no good for DPS, they're stuck in a pre-3.0 world and haven't been paying attention for the last couple months.
Not much to add except that I feel like putting points into Improved Mortal Strike is a big waste, since MS is now a distant third option behind Sudden Death procs and Overpower procs. I've had a lot of fun running instances and doing occasional BGs with this spec:

Thanks so much for all the responses! I'm trying to put together a nice build mixed from the suggestions here, here's something along the lines of what I was thinking:
