Assassination Rogue - Reforging & Stat HELP?

Here is my character. I'm new to Assassination. I was doing Combat 3 weeks ago.

My weapons might not be on me at the moment, but they are Windwalker Blade and Throat Slasher. On both of those weapons I reforging the Crit into Mastery. I have been reforging everything into Mastery since it's the rated high over everything else besides Agility on EJ.

My mastery rating is 1258.

Hit is 1496.

Haste is 671.

My DPS is fallen a bit since I got new gear and reforged a lot into mastery. I can't seem to find a valid sit telling me what I need hit to be at or mastery.

Should I reforge into hit or haste instead?

dude i'm confuse so how do i know when i'm hit cap when i look at my rogue it says 10.21% 746 (6.21%) so i'm not hit capped right now i'm at 11.21% 873 and (7%)

Get the reforging tool from EJ and run that. It'll give you the optimal reforging for all of your gear.
