I may change my tune at some point down the road, but I currently favor Sub/Assassination builds.
#2-mainly subtlety-
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=fMe0oZbxhZe0fdIhdzqzAfoHere are some changes I would do to make this build more viable. (however this is not the golden rule as you will see, everyone has an opinion.)
Move all points, except the 5 you have in Dual-Weild. Put thoes 5 points into Lethality.
Take the 3 points from either Initiative or Setup (more than one, nice but not needed when thoes points can be used elsewhere) put 2 of thoes points into Improved Envicerate or Master of Sub (again the choice is yours some will argue that improved Envicerate is a waste, but wait till you crit for over 5K with it and dont have to be stealth or behind your target!) the other 1 point I would place in Improved ambush. If your going to have points in Waylay, why not increase the crit chance from that Ambush?
Alternativly, you also may want to concider putting the 2 points (instead of into improved Envicerate, or Master of Sub) into Opportunity as if your wanting to use ambush getting the most damage from it is important.
Here is an example of a Sub/Assassination build I feel you may like should you choose a build in the Sub/Assassination tree.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=fhe0oeMobZZebRbIzzdVzAfoHere is a suggestion for an Assassination/Sub build
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=fhe0oeMoirsIzZZebrbI0zdBoth of my suggested build have upsides and downsides.....point is play with these trees to find one that work for you. Stay away from a strong point base in Combat for PvP Dual Weild is the only talent in that tree I would use in PvP vs. other talent in the other 2 trees.
In any case, I hope this has helped!
