Note that Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep: The Eye no longer require attunement, though the quests are still possible and completion of both chains earns you a 'Champion of the Naaru' character title.

Not to mention they take ages. Cipher of Damnation = longest chain ever.
But well worth it if the only title you have is Scout or something dodgy like that.

Don't you have to do this quest aswell to get '<name>, Champion of the Naaru'?
