So I have a decent size snatch list, but every time I click to "Purchase All", I still have to confirm every single purchase. Is there a way to get rid of that confirmation box? I can't seem to find it in the config screen so if someone could specifically point me where to go, that would be great! Thanks.

no. That confirmation box is needed because you must submit a hardware event to purchase an auction, iirc.
