"Hm, I don't know." Tova said with a smile, then looked at Miri. "What would you like to do dearheart?" He asked her, and she scrunched up her face to think about it while Tova took a drink of his coffee. "I'll give the humans this, they may not be able to brew good fruit juice, but this coffee thing of theirs is quite good." He said.

The other two laughed, and Ka'va shifted back into her troll-elf form, wiping her mouth absently, even though it was clean. "Let's cut it up shall we?" She said to To'ka who nodded, shifting as well and pulled out his long knife. "Think we should keep the leather?" He asked her and she shook her head no. "Too much has been in the markets lately, we wouldn't make any coin off it." She told him and he nodded.

Sylos let his armor dissipate and he sat down in the chair. "Thank you." He said to her.

She quickly set to work healing his wounds. "Do you know why she attacked you?" she asked him. "I mean there has to be some reason she attacked you."

Llynarai rolled her eyes, surprised that he had heard her. "Whatever," she mumbled, standing up and throwing the butt of her cigarette overboard before lighting a new one. "Come on Shib, let's get some grub," she sat to the cat, walking passed Val'ran towards the mess hall. She locked eyes with the rogue for a moment before she looked away, taking another drag.

Tahni & Av'ka
Teldrassil

Av'ka wrinkled her nose. "Can't say I'm a fan," she chuckled, finishing her piece of fruit. "It's too bitter for me." She looked over at Miri. "Drink your milk Sunshine," she said to her with a smile.

Tahni switched into her troll-elf form also, wiping her mouth and walking over to them. "Mom might want the leather to sew with though," she shrugged, taking out her own knife, though not quite sure how to use it properly.

Miri drank her milk down then looked at them, with her head tilted. "Can we go to the Tree?" She asked, pointing towards pond and Tova smiled, leaning over to kiss his daughter on her forehead. "Sure dearheart." He said quietly.

"True." To'ka agreed and cut a portion of the skin away and passed it towards Tahni. "Just brush your knife along it, get some of the fur off the hide." He told her, then turned back to help Ka'va cut flesh from the body and put it aside in the specialty bags Tova had picked up for them when they went hunting; there was a preservation spell on them that would keep the meat fresh.

"Whatever," she repeated as she walked away, inhaling deeply and then blowing the smoke over her shoulder.

"That should be nice, eh Miri?" she smiled, getting up and putting the dishes in the sink.

Tahni sat crosslegged and began to skin. It took her a while, but finally she got the hang of it... sort of. The piece she was skinning was rough with a few holes and scrapes in it. She sighed and held it up. "Pathetic," she muttered, setting it in her lap and starting on a new piece.

Val'ran coughed on the smoke somewhat before waving it away. He sighed, opening his eyes.

"I'm sorry, there, happy?" Val'ran mumbled, not even sure if the huntress heard him.

Miri nodded her head and jumped up, running outside to wait for them. Tova stood and helped his wife with the dishes, then kissed her lightly on the cheek and took her hand, following along after their youngest.

"Your too hard on yourself." Ka'va said, stacking the bones of the doe to the side, and finished cleaning off the skull of it. "Here catch!" She said, tossing it to her, then turned back to help To'ka with the rest of the meat.

Llynarai heard the rogue mutter something, but just ignored it, figuring it was another insult. Her and Shiboo headed down to the mess, and she flicked her cigarette butt off the side of the boat before she entered. She sat down by herself, picking up some pathetic excuse for a meal at the counter and giving the meat to Shiboo.

Av'ka & Tahni

Av'ka grinned and squeezed Tova's hand as they headed off towards the Tree. "I never remember being as energetic as her," she smiled, chuckling at her daughter.

Tahni reached up and grabbed the skull, turning it in her hands and looking at it before stashing it in her pack. "Are you guys proud of me?" she grinned, skipping over to them and bouncing up and down slightly.

It had taken weeks of hard labor with few to no breaks, but his peon's finished repairing the base back to it's former glory. He now had his office back. He was glad for that but there was still the Highblade thorn in his side that he had to worry about.

"I don't think I've ever seen anyone as energetic as her." Tova said with a laugh, bumping into his wife lightly. Miri ran ahead of them, carrying a handful of flowers. "Hope those aren't your good ones." He said quietly.

"Your getting better." To'ka agreed, putting the meat into his pack and settling it better on his back. Ka'va took the skins from her sister and rolled them up, and put them into a tube like box, where they wouldn't crinkle and ruin, then put the bones into her pack as well. "So, we going to keep hiking or head back to the camp?" Ka'va asked, looking skywards and seeing the sky began to darken.

Llynarai ate in silence, petting Shiboo lightly with her foot as she did so. She sighed and pushed the rest of her food away, not really having an appetite. Maybe I should just go talk to him.. she thought, walking outside and lighting another smoke.

Av'ka shrugged. "They grow back," she smiled, watching her daughter with love in her eyes. "I'm surprised she isn't complaining about not being able to go on a hunt yet," the druidess chuckles.

Tahni arched her back and stretched. "I don't care," she shrugged, adjusting the pack on her back. "I'm not picky, so we can keep hiking if you guys want to."

Val'ran opened an eye, seeing lightning far far in the distance. A storm could be heard faintly miles away as dusk began to settle. He went back into his trance, playing his instrument softly as he let the music soothe him.
