"Yeah, I guess," Tahni chuckled, turning so she could face the storm. Lightning danced across the sky to the beat of the thunder, and Miri shivered slightly in Tahni's arms. She wrapped her arms around her little sister and put her head on her shoulder, rocking slightly.
Av'ka drew her knees to her chest and cuddled closer to Tova.

"Good," Llynarai muttered, taking out her bow and arrows. She knocked a boat, took aim, and sent it flying towards the target. It hit the bulls eye, knocking Val'ran's throwing knife out of the target with a clatter.
"Hmm, beat that Roguie," she taunted with a smile, resting her bow on her shoulder.

To'ka Treeshift/Ka'va Stormwing /Tova Stormwing

Tova shifted a little and put his arms around his wife, smiling slightly at the way his children were sitting. Ka'va yawned and shifted, transforming in her lion form and laid down behind Tahni and Miri, acting as a backrest. To'ka reached over to a side table and grabbed a knife and a block of wood and began to shape it, keeping on eye on the storm as he did so.

"I suppose we should get going again," he said, lightly taking Maria's hand.
Character: Val'ran

"Great..," Val'ran muttered, taking another throwing knife. He lined himself up, taking careful aim. Right as he was letting the knife leave his hand, the boat swayed slightly, forcing him to adjust the blade as it was being thrown.
"Damn," Val'ran muttered, seeing the knife a quarter of an inch away from the mark.
