Tahni got up and sat on the edge of To'ka's chair. "Don't be so sad brother," she smiled, putting her arm around him. "You've got all of us here and there's a beautiful storm outside."
Av'ka listened to Tahni with a small smile, but couldn't see her since her face was buried in Tova's neck again. "I love you.." she murmured to him, reaching up and stroking his cheek.

"Oh c'mon!" Val'ran said, "damn arrow in my way," he muttered before turning to Llynarai, chuckling to himself as he just figured he should have expected no less.

"Thanks Tiger." To'ka said, giving her a small hug. Ka'va and Miri continued to play a small game of 'Leaf, Stone, Blade'.
"I love you too." Tova told her, capturing her hand and kissing it a few times.

"Of course I won," Llynarai gloated, rolling her eyes. "And I don't know," she shrugged. "I don't gamble or anything, so what should I get?"

"Anytime bro," Tahni grinned, leaning over and kissing him on the cheek with a smile. "Jeez it's really storming bad," she said quietly, leaning in to whisper. "Mom's really freaking out."
Av'ka continued to snuggle with Tova on the couch, jumping slightly every time the lightning cracked.

"Yeah I know... but she seems to be enjoying the time with Dad." To'ka said and stood up stretching. He leaned over and grabbed the empty platter off the table and headed for the kitchen. Miri jumped up and followed him, giggling as she had just beat Ka'va at nearly every hand of the game. "How does she do that?" Ka'va muttered, standing and following her siblings into the kitchen.
"Your safe my love." Tova murmured, and held her close. "This isn't any worse then when we holed up in that tree stump during that one storm a few years after Hyjal." He said quietly, kissing her lightly after each jump.

Tahni sighed and followed the others into the kitchen, perching on the counter and swinging her legs.
Av'ka chuckled lightly. "I guess not," she smiled, pulling closer to him. "But this much lightning so close makes me nervous."

Tova chuckled and rested his forehead against hers. "Well, think of it this way love; the lightening will get me and To'ka before you, since your smaller then us." He said with a grin, kissing her softly.
"You know... sometimes they can be just too much." To'ka said with a laugh, pouring a glass of juice for Miri and Ka'va and starting the kettle up for himself. He looked over at Tahni and raised an eyebrow. "Do you want some tea or the coffee stuff Dad likes?" He asked her, reaching up to the cupboard where the supplies were kept.

Tova laughed, and shifted around, stretching out on the couch, pulling her on top of him which trying to not let the hot water bottle fall off his leg. "Hm, hope their not burning down the kitchen in there." He said, his hands running along her body, massaging her here and there.
To'ka nodded, pulling down another of the tea leaves and dropped them into a pair of cups for him and his sister and waited for the water to boil. "So, looks like the healing training will be tomorrow." To'ka said, leaning against the counter.

To'ka poured the water and passed one of the cups to Tahni. "Best place for it." To'ka said with a laugh, pointing at himself. "I remember one of my teachers tried to get me to use a heal spell, and I fired off a nature bolt instead..." He chuckled as he remember the memory. "To be fair, the instructor looked good with a mohawk." He said, shaking his head, making Miri and Ka'va giggle.
"Only sweet?" Tova asked with a smile, and kissed her, pulling her close to him.
