The Beast sat docile in the middle of the Circle, knowing it couldn't get out so it wasn't fighting this time. Lobo kept a close watch, and sighed, hoping Dennis would be awake for this for the final night.
Blasted human, sleeping through it...
He grumbled to himself and the Beast started to stand up but he forced it back down.

"No," Tyralon said firmly, "it isn't," he said. He felt the boat moving more, grabbing ahold of Maria and pulling her tightly into his grasp.
"I beg you, please, believe me," he said, feeling a tear rolling down his cheek.

Tyralon got up and rushed to Maria, looking around. He yanked the blanket and pillows off the bed, then going up to Maria.
"Get into the corner with me," Tyralon said, wrapping the thick blankets around them, "it'll keep us from moving as much and protect you from being thrown around anymore," he said, keeping his paw held onto Maria's.

Tyralon had them huddle into a corner, safe from being thrown around anymore.
"Hold on to something," Tyralon said to Maria, making sure the blankets were secured will around them as a cushion.

Tyralon felt his more protective like instincts start to become more powerful. He pulled Maria close, keeping his arms firmly around her.

Tyralon turned to Maria, lightly kissing her on the cheek to reassure her.
"I won't let this storm harm you," Tyralon said, "it won't do anymore to you," he said, embracing her with his back faced towards the main part of the room, using his body as a shield.

"Have courage," Tyralon said, holding onto Maria, "stay strong, just think of something that gives you that," he said. He refused to let any harm come to Maria, keeping her in his grasp to help let her know he was there.
