"I know Tza'tali." Garos said quietly, and smiled down slightly sadly at her. "But, I thought it would be better to tell you now, instead of it just suddenly springing up on you. I think Lady Praey would have realized eventually who I was.. which might have been why I had the dream at that point." Garos said, and held her, considering. "I have a small confession for you though; had I never been ordered to attempt to kill Praey... I might have tried to get between her and Wrex before I met you." He said quietly.

"You said Tyralon gave it to you?" Thorlan said as he grabbed it. He flinched and dropped the trinket onto a couch when he touched it, staggering back.
"It's whispering," Thorlan muttered, "not use to that magic," he mumbled.

"Yes... but they might have been left over from what I felt for her." Garos said, thinking about his feelings as he pulled Tza'tali into his lap, resting his chin on her shoulder. "Had you asked me 6 months ago, and had Wrex and Praey not been so obviously in love at the time, and like I said, had I not been told to kill her.... I might have acted on the feelings." He told her, deciding complete honesty was best here. "But now, no choice in my mind, my heart, my soul; it is you Tza'tali, the woman who choose to be my life mate, my wife, my better half." He said.

Tza'tali took a deep breath, chewing on her lip as she tried to push the jealousy down.
There's no reason for you to act jealous,
she told herself, shutting her eyes briefly.
"Well.. thank you for being honest.." she said quietly, looking out at the village. "I love you Garos.. and.. as long as nothing comes between us.." she sighed, trailing off. "I love you."
