Location: Auberdine/Teldrassil

Neemo blinks up at the sky, hazy with smoke and embers. She bit down on her lower lip, and Kaitie could tell she was trying not to start balling, "You two were... close?"

"Not... close. But when we first met, she saved my life, and we began teaming up more and more, until I began secluding myself from the rest of the night elves for my own private studies. She kept coming to visit me though, and sometimes gave me things she found on her travels, we were friends even though she traveled a lot." The druid explained, "And Deathwing's gonna pay. He destroyed my home, and then he took the life of a friend."

Val'ran sighed heavily as he saw the smoke far in the distance. He shook his head and continued to ride north, not daring to look back.

"Thank you." She said. Then she let out a yawn. "It's been a long day and a lot has happened let's go to sleep." she scootched to the top of the bed and slid under the cover's, waiting for him to come under before she fell asleep.

Sylos changed out of his clothes and laid down next to her putting his arms around her. "Goodnight." He said to her giving her a kiss.

Sylos waited for Zara to fall asleep before he opened his eye's. "A'dal how fast can we summon up the army." He thought. 'Not long. But even with the forces of shattrath aiding the other armies. It may not be enough." A'dal replied. "Then we'll have to go outside the city then." Sylos said. "What do you mean?" The naruu said. "I'll tell you tomorrow." Sylos said before falling asleep.

Shiboo began panting slightly, and Llynarai reached down and pet his side, her other arm still wrapped around Val'ran. "I love you," she said quietly to Val'ran, her voice calm.

Tza, Praey & Kuno
Shatterspear

Praey continued to sob, clinging to Len'zi's body. "L-Len'zi.." she whimpered, looking over at Tza. Yo'kuno gently set Zi'kumi down, and moved to help Garos get Praey into the saddle in Apocalypse.

"Praey.." Tza said quietly, trying to keep her voice steady. "Let me take Len'zi. "We'll wrap her up and keep her safe. You have to look after Zane... he needs you."

Praey looked down at the body cradled in her arms, and then back at Tza. She closed her eyes and took a few deep breaths, tears pouring down her cheeks. After a few moments, she nodded. She kissed her childs cheek then passed her down, and Yo'kuno took her, gulping. Tza smiled sadly at him then passed a crying, bloodstreaked Zane up to the priestess.

"It's okay, ah got joo.." she murmured to her son, cradling him. Tza sighed heavily, and took Len'zi from Kuno, wrapping the girl in some scraps of cloth and placing her in the seat on Apocalypse.

"Let's go," Tza'tali muttered. Kuno grabbed Zi'kumi and sighed, disturbed by this whole thing.

Garos
Shatterspear Village

Garos looked away and shook his head slightly, still feeling pain behind his eyes as he lead Apocalypse along, the scion acting a little spooked by the noise and heat in the village, as well as the way his mistress had been acting. "It's alright lad." Garos soothed, rubbing the beak of the large animal. Poor Praey.. poor everyone in the village, they all must have lost someone. He thought, following his wife and Kuno, staggering a little as he went. Why didn't they warn us of what was coming? He thought to the Spirits, but heard nothing in response.

The edge of the valley was in view, and they could see the shadows of the lifts. "I hope everything is alright there." Garos muttered, feeling slightly drained as he reached up to the bandage tied around his head, and considered for a moment, not able to remember when he had tied it there... then shrugged and kept walking.

"I love you to," Val'ran said, turning back and lightly kissing her cheek.

Base looked down from the rim of the valley, seeing what had happened to his village.

"No..." he growled, leaping deftly down the mountainside as fast as he could, Ja'kala following as fast as he could.

Suddenly, he spotted his other son, bloody and limp on the ground at the base of the mountain. Base rushed to his side, making sure he was alive. The druid was missing an arm, and covered in bruises and breaks, but was still living.

"What happened..." Base muttered, leaving Ja with his brother while he went to help the other survivors.

Character: Zi'kumi
Location: Shatterspear

The blackness cleared as Zi'kumi opened her eyes.

"Whu... What 'appened?" she groaned.

Llynarai sighed, seeing nothing but destruction. The dragons sure had done a great job of destroying everything. "What if those stupid dragons come back?" The huntress muttered. "There's hardly anywhere to hide, everything is wrecked and burning."

Praey, Tza & Kuno
Shatterspear

Praey continued to sob, hugging Zane close to her.

"Stop," Tza said quietly, walking up to Garos. "Let me heal your head, you're swaying." She took a deep breath and lifted the bandages, placing her fingers lightly on it. After a minute or so, it was healed. "There.." she said, looking over her shoulder at the village. "What about everyone else?" she whispered, tears in her eyes.

"Zi," Yo'kuno said, surprised that she was awake. "Dragons.. dey attacked. We gotta get outta here. Are you okay?" he asked, shifting her a little and leaning down to kiss her cheek.

"We'll find somewhere," Val'ran said, "we will," he said again. He was determined to get away from the dangerous dragons and keep both of them alive. Right now, he didn't care about Garos, he just cared about getting Llynarai to somewhere safe.

"Thanks love." Garos muttered and shook his head. "I don't... I don't think we can do anything about that; we're not strong enough." He said, and looked back at the lifts. "Let's get Praey and Kuno's friend out of here, we can figure out what to do next when we're on top of the cliffs." He said, and the group started forward again. Garos was watching the base of the cliff and saw a few figures on the ground; one of them being Base. "Base!" Garos cried, raising his hand to get his attention, and felt a moment of dizziness that he shook off.

Kaitie stood up, "Yeah. We're gonna kill Deathwing, one day or another."

"Okay," Llynarai nodded. "We'll be okay, we're an epic team," she said, her face expressionless. She shifted slightly, wishing Shiboo had a saddle on, and then rested her head against Val'ran's back again.

Tza, Praey & Kuno

"Dragons," said Tza. "Dozens of them, with no warning from the spirits.." she sighed deeply, wiping her face and suddenly feeling very old.

"I.. I dunno Zi," Kuni whispered, looking over an seeing Base. "Are you okay?" be repeated, looking down at her. "You hit yah head pretty bad.. Don't move very fast, prolly have a concusion at least.."

The three were far north now, starting to see more coast and begin to be cornered between the mountains and sea.

"Well, we aren't all the way up north yet. We can rest here though, it appears to be untouched," Val'ran said as he made Shiboo come to a stop. His legs were raw from riding so long, but he endured the pain as he slid down and staggered when he landed.

"Alright, you're next," Val'ran said, holding up his arms to catch Llynarai when she hopped off Shiboo.

"Not just here either; they hit locations all across the world." Garos said, shaking his head wearily. "We figured it would be a good idea to get out of the valley... it's burning." He said, looking back towards the village where the fire was in the trees. "Is anyone seriously hurt? Tza and I can heal if needed." He said, looking at the troll leader.
