The three of them walked into the city. "Wow." Sylos thought seeing the damage. The other two walked off to go talk to the war chief.

Linmarion turned back to Mary. "Well, let's get back to Shadowprey. I heard the inn is already rebuilt." he said, gesturing to his gryphon.

"Where are we?" she asked. "What happened? The last thing I remember is just pain... So much pain... And then... I was here, with you."

Linmarion whistled to his gryphon, who came down towards him. He climbed onto it and held out his hand to Mary.
