Barrens
After a good while of flying she finally reached the barrens. She began to scan the land below for the troll army. Soon she was flying over the Crossroads and spotted them fluttering down to join them.

Taelani sighed, shaking her head as she mentally cursed herself again. She spotted a night elf druid nearby, though. She shook her head and decided it couldn't hurt to talk. It'd be nice to talk to someone from her own race anyway.
"
Hi there,
" she called out in Darnassian, slinging her bow over her shoulder.

Dennis Lobo Hendricks
The Nursery, Gilneas City
Lobo and Yuri entered the large fortified building, nodding at the guardians as they headed down the stairs towards the main living quarters, leaving their weapons with the guards as they went. Lobo felt anxious as this was the first time he had seen Miranda in almost 5 years, and he was worried his daughter would feel anger or hatred towards him for taking so long.

Garos
The Crossroads, The Barrens
Garos spoke quietly with some of his friends from the town, waiting on the main order for everyone to march out and begin the attack. He saw zepplins landing at the tower, dropping off important commanders from Shadowprey City, as well as those reinforcements from Thunder Bluff who hadn't been part of the first group that arrived on foot.

Tova Stormwing, To'ka Treeshift
Open Sea
The Night Elf fleet was currently floating in a hidden cove near Azshara, awaiting the signal to begin the assault on Orgrimmar.

The Crossroads
"Hello," She called back in her native tongue, looking up at the source of the greeting. "I think they are Orcs in there. Or Dwarves, it's hard to tell sometimes." The Night Elf said, gesturing at the tent behind her.

"Indeed," Taelani answered. "They are orcs. I never was able to speak their tongue very well, either," she nodded with a frown. "So, what brings you here? I certainly did not expect to see another Kaldorei here."
Character: Nakresh & Themra
Location: Crossroads
"Hmph..." Nakresh grunted, seeing a particular half-orc nearby.
"What?" Themra asked, trying to determine what he was looking at.
"That's Garos Windwalker, another assassin..." he answered quietly. "It seems he came with Base's group. Doesn't surprise me."

Crossroads
She landed on a ledge in the town. She looked around. She could see two Night elves talking. She let out a hoot hoot as she looked at them.

Crossroads
"Well, the Circle decided that I should help the forces of the forests any way that I deemed necessary." Shrugged the kaldorei. "And seeing as they are waging war to secure tranquility for the forests... I deemed it necessary to fight." She said, a small tree beginning to sprout from the earth. "Yourself?" The elf enquired.
She heard a hooting noise, and frowned. "That didn't sound like an owl,"

"I'm not totally certain why I do this," Taelani shook her head. "I just know that my great-granddaughter--my last living relative--deserves to live in a safe world. I believe that taking this city from the Destoryer will further that goal."
Taelani glanced up at the owl that had landed nearby. She wasn't as knowledgable as the druids in animal lore.

She looked at the elf. "My hoot does to sound like an owl." she said in animal language as she rustled her feathers angrily.

"That sounded more like an eagle trying to lay an egg," They replied in the animal tongue, turning back to the kaldorei.
"It's a druid," She sighed. "But Deathwing's death will make the world a much less harsh place to live, or so I would like to believe."

She got angry at that. "I am not a druid." she said in animal language. "I am a Savagekin."

"That is what I believe too," Taelani nodded. "I just hope that we're not doing evil by returning the orcs to power so near our home. I want to believe they have changed... I really do... but..." she paused. "I just can't forget what they did... to... o-our forest," she quickly corrected.

Crossroads
"So you're technically a druid." She sighed.
Lyriel pondered for a moment on Taelani's words. "After all of this, I doubt that the Orcs will have the strength - even if they had the will - to repeat the pillaging and rape of the land."

Taelani felt a pang in her heart at the druid's words, but nodded.
"I hope you are right," she nodded. "We thought the same thing after the Battle of Mt. Hyjal."

"Hyjal was different, we weren't fighting against the Burning Legion openly for over twenty years," She replied. "And it would seem that the Horde have learnt from their mistakes."

"Of course, we have a right to be skeptical and doubtful," Lyriel said, standing up. "But I personally have faith in them." She nodded, picking up her staff. "But as for now, I am off to scout - I will most likely see you again." The elf smiled, transforming into a raven and flying into the sky.

"Asha'falah," Taelani nodded, moving back to where she had been standing, sighing again. She was torn between her fear of the orcs and her hatred of herself. After all, even after what the orcs had done to her, could they really do anything more evil than what she had done?
