Azeroth 20 Years Later (Completed RP)
Return to board index
Snowmane finally reached her bunk, and stowed her extra clothes at the foot of it. She went ahead and climbed in, feeling tired from the fight and just wanting to rest away her troubles.
((Need to take a shower...))
Praey & Tza
"So," Praey said, smiling as she sipped her tea and glanced out the window at Zane and Zala. "'Ow yah feelin'?"
Tza'tali took another bite of soup before chuckling. "I'm feeling fine, no morning sickness or anything. But I had a really good pregnancy with Kuno, I was hardly ever sick. I just hope the baby will be healthy," she smiled, rubbing her belly affectionately before looking over at Praey.
"Joo ah jus' glowin' Tza, yah look great," Praey grinned.
"Well, I feel great," the shaman answered with a slight smile. She was so happy that she was pregnant, but the fact that she was going to lose Garos.. she sighed quietly, and took another bite of soup.
Yo'kuno & Miriam
Yo'kuno groaned and tried to roll onto his side, but pain shot up his arm and caused him to fall back to his original position. "Aw shi'," she mumbled, fading in and out of consciousness. "Don't move," said the voice of a female, and he was in so much pain that he didn't even think of objecting. The healer was working on his arm which was nearly severed when he got careless in his fit of rage and bloodlust. "Ughnn..." he groaned, his eyes fluttering open a little bit. "No, don't move," the female said firmly, trying to repair the wound.
Miriam panted slightly, her body slick with grime and gore. She had fallen back, eager to take a break from the fighting. The huntress could sense Alabast fighting somewhere and she mentally called him over to her, waiting until he got to her.
Llynarai stared out at the vast fields of Nagrand from atop Shiboo, trying to spot her destination in the light of the sky. She smirked slightly and drew her cloak in tighter around her, her runes only faintly visible from underneath. "Let's go boy," she said quietly, her voice bitter. "Time to find a new home."
Captain Rienbach Twinmoon
The captain looked up as Moira approached. "Well?" He asked, standing at the wheel as he started the ship out of the mooring. "She's all set up sir; I gave her a few extra sets of clothing as well, poor thing didn't have anything just like you said." The watch Captain answered, leaning against the railing as the ship headed out to sea. "Good, I hate leaving any worgen behind, just goes against what I learned." He said quietly and she nodded.
Dennis Lobo Hendricks
Lobo grinned as he sat crossed legged near the fire, watching as his daughter put her new worgen body through it's paces; leaping running and sprinting around, scaling trees and jumping off them, landing lightly on the ground before moving off again. "She's skilled." Whitemoon murmured, sitting down beside Lobo, and offering him a cup of tea. "Yes she is; and that agility will hopefully transfer over to keeping her shape for her magi training." He answered, looking around and seeing Yuri off by the stream, her profile to them, and the child she was carrying more pronounced. He grinned to himself and settled back to call out to his daughter as she needed it.
Horde Outpost, Darkshore
Zala giggled as she played catch with Zane, keeping on eye on the egg as she carefully rolled the ball for the young troll boy. "Catch Zane." She said, and the little child laughed loudly as he raced after it . She chuckled and looked towards the building where her mom and aunt where and smiled for them, hoping they would see it.
Thrall, Garos Windwalker, Tova Stormwing, To'ka Treeshift
Thrall and his commanders had taken over a building, transforming it into a new base, and steadily spread their forces outwards into the city; currently the harbour, the north passage and most of the southern districts were under their control. The Valley of Honour and the West Gate still refused to fall, and the Cleft of Shadows had been destroyed by an overzealous group of druids.
Garos sighed and wiped his hand across his brow, hoping he wasn't about to screw up something big; the half-orc shaman had been pressed into working as a field medic in addition to healing and was currently stitching up a stoic troll who sat there as the needle went in and out of the skin, sewing his lower arm back onto the body.
Tova and To'ka herded a group of children they had found hiding in the buildings around the Valley of Honour, heading towards the harbour to put them onto a Horde ship. A young orc rode on the back of Tova, while a few elves and trolls rode on the back of To'ka, the half-troll sighing to himself at being reduced to a transport... even if it was to save children no older then his own sister Miri.
Thura, Varok Saurfang, Rend Blackhand
West Gate, Orgrimmar
The duel between Rend and Varok was stopped as a death scream echoed across the land, and they both looked towards where Thura and Gyth had been fighting, seeing the chromatic fall to the ground, it's head almost cut completely off. Thura roared in triumph and charged towards her uncle, intending to crush the Dark Warchief along side of Varok.
After relating the events he bowed and left the fortress.
Kajorin looked as the two leaders stopped their duel. Gorgron blasted another orc with fire. "What happened?" he asked.
Location: Orgrimmar, Durotar
Vinymnev watched the enemy pulled up three gigantic cannons, each cannon ball seemed to kill twenty of their soldiers. They took cover behind what was left of some of the stronger buildings. She realised they must have fought their way onto one of the main roads in Orgrimmar. Another cannon ball slammed into a wall nearby, large chunks of rock fell down killing another horde soldier.
Vagrin watched the cannons grimly, "cowards," he muttered after he had caught his breath from running.
Valanayia left Amora and Lektri to be attended to, she went back to rejoin the battle. Soon she had a whole pouch full of filled soul shards and she was glowing with chaotic energies. She grinned as she sent another group of Dark Horde soldiers to their horrific deaths. She walked slowly, destroying all enemies she came accross. Eventually she found a large group of Horde, Alliance and Dark Horde soldiers fighting. Valanayia burnt some of the enemy soldiers in several powerful waves of fire and chaos.
Character: Lord Avorthal Deathguard
Location: Ashenvale Forest
Avorthal tucked away the mirror. He waited, eventually a shade appeared, he could hear it's deathly voice. "Yesss massster," the shade said. "This is taking too long, I need you to explore any tunnels you can find. I have a good idea of where the orb is, but I will not be able to get their without being questioned. The shade floated away. Avorthal waited, feeling the shade's presence below him, however suddenely he could feel the shade being drained out of existance, then the mysterious force slowly started draining Avorthal out of existance. Avorthal quickly withdrew from the shade's mind so he would not be pulled out of existance with it. "Looks like it will not be so easy this time," he muttered.
Avemthar heard Salisha call out, his senses had been greatly improved since his orginal transformation into a worgen. He picked up her scent and ran back to her, he came out of the bushes slowly behind her. "What's the matter? Don't you know how to transform whenever you like?" he asked her, seeing that she had not changed forms.
Frostwing hooted, he saw that no one seemed to have heard Avemthar, or atleast they had not looked into it further. The owl watched to see if anyone would arrive. Salisha and Avemthar ran off and after circling several times, then landing, Frostwing noticed he had lost track of them. "Must be pretty far into the forest," the owl muttered to himself.
Ivrana had landed in Darkshore several hours earlier after a long and tiring flight. She then travelled to Ashenvale only to find herself in deep trouble. She looked down as the old human man spoke.
"So I am looking at imprisonment, extended military service and possibly getting Avemthar taken away or even killed. Great, just what I need,"
she thought. "And where do you come into all of this, after all I was indirectly responsible for it," she said angrily to the mysterious person. "Well, someone has to take the blame for this, and since you seem willing to make no sacrifices it looks like we will have to make one for you, to make sure you are loyal," said the other person.
"I was tricked, you have no right, I will not help you..." Ivrana protested. The man sighed, "you have tired my patience enough already. Fortunately for you, I will let you go, you can go and join the army or whatever. Hopefully you will get yourself killed along the way, but I see you are wiser than last time, and killing you would do nothing to benefit us..."
"So you are letting me go?" said Ivrana in disbelief.
"...Of course we will make sure you remember us, and I think a small gesture would help a lot," the man continued, ignoring her. "Kill the boy, that will teach her for trying to stop our operations last time," he said finally. Ivrana gasped, "please leave my family alone," she begged. "Look at it this way, I will send one of my better men to kill the boy. If the boy survives, which I highly doubt, we will not look into this matter again. If he doesn't, well tough luck," he said, ignoring her anger and sadness. He nodded to one of the dark hooded figures in the room, "you know what you have to do, so get going." The cloaked figure left, Ivrana glared at the old man in front of her. She tried to turn into a bear and strike, but she could not, she felt something stab into her arm.
Ivrana woke up near the side of the road, not far from Astranaar, "where am I?" she said in bewilderment. Slowly she remembered what had happened earlier, she tried to get up, but her legs would not move, they felt like they were either broken or badly damaged. She managd to drag herself up into a uncomfortable sitting position, she groaned slightly as pain went though her, but she was used to pain. The pain cleared her senses and Ivrana remembered what would happen to Avemthar, she began to cry. After a few minutes she came back to her senses and pulled herself along, she realised she would be more useful trying to save him rather than crying. She reached the edge of the water near Astranaar, she wanted to call for help, but she was too badly weakened. She collapsed when she got to the water, it was cool and soothing and Ivrana looked up to the sky, fresh pain went through her and she fell unconscious, the water seeped through her clothes and the little gear she had with her.
She jumped when he came behind her. "Avemthar." She said. "I thought i was lost. Let's go back." tears where streaming down her face from the fear that she was lost.
"It is ok now," said Avemthar comfortingly. He hugged Salisha, "I can find my way back like this," he said, holding her tight.
She looked up at him a look of fear in her eye's. "Please let's go now. I'm scared." She said looking up at him.

((gotta go for a few minutes, back in about fifteen mintues to half an hour))
"Okay, that may be better, now that you mention it, this area of the woods seems rather... nasty. I don't remember this from last time I was here," said Avemthar. He told a hold of Salisha's hand and began to sniff the area, taking her back the way they had come from. "Besides, we can make bows another day, and there are plenty of good trees around my... my... house," said Avemthar, for the second he thought of his mother and realised the house would not be the same without her. Sure it would be in good condition thanks to the animals living there and guarding it, but still.
Avemthar began to lead her along when there was a loud sound nearby. A massive boar broke through a bush, crushing several branches. It glared at Avemthar and Salisha. It assessed the two, and deciding that Avemthar's sharp claws and fangs were a bigger threat, it charged him. It sent him flying and pinned him down with two massive tusks, the boar had a savage crazed look in it's eyes and it looked like trying to reason with it would only anger it more. Avemthar looked at Salisha desperately, the boar was unnaturally strong and large, slowly it was choking him.
Character: Mysterious Assassin
The tall mysterious hooded figure moved through the crowd, knowing where she should go. She had met with someone collaborating with her and her organisation. She knew her orders, they seemed easy but she knew that the boy might have guards. The assassin got her weapons, supplies and poisons ready. Night was slowly starting to fall, it would be a perfect veil for her. She walked along the path to which the house the boy was staying at was apparently, she kept to the shadows at all times.
Frostwing hooted in alarm, feeling a presence nearby, however he could not see it. He squinted into the shadows, seeing a mysterious figure. An arrow shot up and narrowly missed his head, instead it struck his wing and broke immediately after, leaving no trace other than a deep wound. The owl fell off the branch with a final hoot of alarm to try and warn Salisha's parents if they could hear. He fell with a thud to the floor and was out cold in seconds.
((think i might go back to sleep for a bit.))
"Get off him." She said charging the thing trying to knock it off him quickly but she simply bounced off and fell on her butt. The boar squealled at her angrily but didn't get off him. She looked around for something to use but there was nothing that she could use to damage it. "I...I...Don't know what to do." She said still trying to find something as the tears began to flow again.
((no worries, I am sort of busy gettings things ready and organised, should be able to RP freely in several hours, right now I will be taking some time to respond. I should be able to RP fine in say about three hours if you are on then, until then I will only check back occasionally))
Avemthar felt the boars fang crash into his stomach as it swung it's head to knock Salisha off. He looked down and saw they had gone right in, however he grinned from the pain, he could actually feel himself enjoying it, atleast the worgen parts of him were. Avemthar managed to dislodge the boar and it pulled back, he swiped his hand accross it's face, leaving several bloody scars. It boar charged again, but Avemthar rolled out of the way and landed a savage kick on the creature's side, tearing it open slightly. "You will have to transform, it's the only thing that seems to hurt it," said Avemthar in a growl, however his anger was aimed at the boar. He charged it and bit into the boar's side, the creature spun around and knocked him off, it then went back to suffocating him with it's horns. Avemthar grinned as blood from the boar and himself started to pool at their feet. He felt new strength and he kicked up, the sharp claws on his feet buried themselves in the boar's neck, however the boar did not notice the pain much as it had a very thick neck. The kick did however, stun the creature and Avemthar gulped down some air before it resumed suffocating him with it's massive horns.
"I...I....I...can...try." She said nervously as she began to try and concentrate on transforming. She conventrated as hard as she could but nothing. 'I can't do it." She said though she still tried to concentrate. Slowly though hair began to sprout and she began to feel herself transforming.
Blackbite sat in meditation, stretching out with her mind to try and find Snowmane.
She had a right to know what happened to the rest of her family, after all.
A grin tugged at the corner of her mouth.
She finally finished the transformation, though she didn't have time to congratulate herself on that as she quickly had to get the boar off Avemthar. She attacked it with her teeth and clawls scratching and biting at it's sides. It made squeals of pain after each blow and eventually began to try and attack her. She ran around it and clawed it one more time before it was able to pin her with it's massive tusks. She struggled and squirmed and got underneath it. She clamped down on it's neck as much as she could and held on.
Snowmane continued to sleep.
Blackbite found the sleeping Snowmane, and made her way into the latters mind.
"Hello, Snowmane," she said with a grin. "I trust you remember me? Yes? Good.
"Did you ever wonder exactly what happened to your sister and her children? How they died? Here's how."
She replayed the images of when Lobo had totured and killed Ragehowl, Lighthowl and Moonhowl through Snowmane's mind...
Character : Four Worgen
Location : Den / Ship
Blackblood and his sister were in their rooms, each practicing their aim. Lightblood let arrow after arrow fly onto the target, whilst the male practiced with his throwing daggers.
Wyrmbane hummed to herself, finally stepping out of the bathroom in a new set of clothes.
On the other side of the ship, her brother was still in the bath. He had a rather thick layer of dirt and blood on him.
Character : Linmarion / Artemis
Location : Orgrimmar
The two brothers woke up with a shock. Each of them were gagged and bound by ropes to a tree.
Oh hell, not again.
thought Linmarion. A shock hit him when he realised he was still wearing the pendant. Mary would hear their suffering...
((Well, Blackbite certainly gets right to the point, doesn't she? :P))
Snowmane felt sick. She didn't want to look. She wished she could closed her eyes and not see it, but she was dreaming, and she couldn't remove the images from her mind's eye. The horror was just too much for her.
I'm so sorry, Moonhowl...
" she thought, looking away from her brutalized sister. "
Why did this happen?
She knew that Blackbite was forcing the dreams upon her, though she didn't know why. Was Blackbite in league with Lobo after all, gloating about his conquests? Or did she have some darker purpose in showing her these things?
It didn't matter now. Right now, Snowmane could think of only one thing: she had to find justice for these horrible things.
Character : Four Worgen
Location : Den / Ship
Wolfbane finally stepped out of the bath, a towel wrapped around his waist. He shifted slightly, his fur very soft after the shower.
Dammit. I look cute.
Wyrmbane lay back onto her bunk, sighing contentedly and opening a book.
