Blackbite blasted Sparkhowl with dark magic, sending him flying across the room. Seeing a battle was brewing, Painfang then burst into the room, charging towards Sparkhowl to deffend his mistress.

Mary carefully made her way out to the center of the town, where a troll was reading the news from the war. She hoped Linmarion was okay.

"An' 'ere be da list o' da fallen," Gen'ti announced solemnly. "Anai'ku..." he began, pausing a briefly as he heard a female voice wail in anguish. "Au'mo, Avim'ji, Ayem'bu..." he continued, listening as the sobs and cries became more frequent. He began to wish that someone else had been given this task, and he was only on the letter "A."

Blackblood and Lightblood were reluctant to help out in the fight. They wanted to take down Sparkhowl, but they'd only be getting in the way if there was already Painfang and Blackbite.

Linmarion sighed as he collapsed into his tent, exhausted from the ordeal. He wondered if the messanger had arrived to the village yet, before his gaze drifted to the potion.

Sparkhowl smashed into the wall behind him and looked up to see Painfang running at him. "Stay out of this." He said frezzing the worgen to the ground before he stood back up and charged Blackbite again thrown shards of ice at her.

Blackbite managed to deflect one of the shards with her scythe but the other cut through her leg. "I could call my pack," she growled at him, "you'd be dead in a matter of minutes if they all came."
She threw an orb of shadow at him.

"Do you really think I would charge in here without a plan." He said as he raised a shield of ice to block the attack before throwing a frost bolt at her.

The bolt hit Blackbite full on. She tried to howl for help, but she was too chilled to make a sound. She struggled back to her feet and began to summon up another bolt of shadow.
"I will... kill you," she barely managed to growl.

"Lighthowl wouldn't kill her own brother." He said walking towards her. "I had hopes that Lighthowl was still there somewhere in your mind. But I guess I was wrong." He said stopping in front of her and raised his blade. "I will not let your sins tarnish my sister's memory." He muttered and brought the blade down.

"Get off." He yelled throwing Blackblood against the wall where he had landed earlier. "This is between me and her." He said and raised his hand and the rune behind Blackblood came to life and ice started to grow around him. Sparkhowl turned back to Blackbite and brought his blade back at her.

Praey leaned into Wrex, her eyes still shut, tears dripping down her cheeks. "Ah love joo too.." she whispered quietly into his neck as she tried not to sob. She didn't say anything else, just stood like that, her arms wrapped around him and Zane.
"Come on Zal, let's give them some space," she said quietly, standing up and reaching for the little girls hand. "Fresh air will do us good."

Yo'kuno was mounted on top of Quake, the raptor bouncing up and down as she bounded across the dry earth. The troll winced slightly every time she did so, but the pain in his arm was numbed by the herbs he had crushed and swallowed. Purple followed along, happily weaving between the two elder raptors and their riders.

"Um, alright." Zala said, and carefully picked up the bundle of cloths she was using to keep the little hawk chick warm and tucked it away, the bird's head sticking up out of the little pocket she and Tza had made for it to ride in. She took her mom's hand and let her lead them out of the inn.

"I would never do that." He yelled as he staggered back from the kick. "He's been exiled from his home disgraced before the king and those that watched." He said and tried to freeze her to the wall. "You need to snap out of this. That women you sent Shadow after, It's our aunt. There is still more of our family out there." He said.
