Garos sat up, giving on trying to nap and looked around before moving over by the fire to grab some of the drying meat to munch on. His raptor raised it's head and made a strange meep sound, and he passed it a few pieces of meat to eat.

Areon simply shook his head, knowing it didn't matter that much anymore.
"It doesn't matter that much," Areon said, turning to see what everyone was doing. He saw Praey had gone off to rest, and Sofera had been drawing in the sand again.
Areon walked towards the fire and lied down, trying to rest since he probably needed to in order heal faster.
"That reminds me,"
Areon thought, taking the paste Praey had made. He took a few bites of the paste, though the taste horrible, gagging on it, but managing to swallow the rest.

Praey sighed, finding that she was also unable to speak. She walked over and sat next to Garos. The human and half-elf were in an intense conversation. "What are dey fightin' abou'?" she asked him in orcish as she munched on a piece of raw meat. She smiled at the human when he came and laid down next to the fire, and chuckled slightly as he gagged on the paste she had made.

Sofera left the remains of her picture to inch over to the fire, where she sat cross-legged, absorbing the warmth. She looked over at Areon with a frown, "I hope you get better."

"Something about what the half-ling did last night." He told Praey, gently pushing the raptor off his lap as it tried to curl up there, letting it lay down beside him, the head in his lap and he scratched the brow ridge. "She has some special magic I guess."

"Thanks, I hope so to," Areon said, feeling the medicine already begin to work. He turned to Praey and nodded at her, trying to sign the paste had done it's job.

Praey furled her brow, trying to think of what type of magic she had. Then she smiled and nodded at the human, glad that she had helped. She yawned, but fought back the exhaustion. "Should we be headin' out soon?" she asked Garos in orcish as she looked up and the darkening sky. "Da Pale Lady an' da Blue Chil' are high in da sky now." It had cooled down considerably and Praey wrapped her cloak tight around her and folded her arms across her chest. Apocalypse clicked his beak expectantly and cooed at her, rubbing his large, obsidian beak against her shoulder. She scratched under his chin, and he closed his eyes in relaxation.

Areon sat up, seeing night begin to fall. His ribs felt better now, able to tolerate the pain.
"So what's the plan?" Areon asked.

"I'd suggest we move on quickly." Garos said, looking at the others. "We can probably make it to Gadgetzan before morning easily." He told the others and looked around, waiting for the others to speak up.

"Alright, I think I could make it," Areon said, slowly getting up. He gathered his belongings along with his ruined tome, figuring he could at least have it still.

Praey nodded and stood. She was shivering slightly, and she gripped her large staff in her right hand, using it as a walking stick. Apocalypse chattered at the little raptor, who still tried to intimidate the large avian creature.
Praey began to say something in orcish, but then remembered Valamra's advice to try and speak common, even if she wasn't sure of the words. She drew her cloak even tighter around herself, taking a moment to think of the words before she finally spoke.
"
If... need sleep, or no walk more. A-Apocalypse can... carry, he no minding,
" she said to the group as they began to walk forward into the desert. She smiled, pleased at how good she was doing with the new language.

" Garos said, standing and moving off, the raptor sticking to his side as he moved off, his senses on high to scan for any threats. He knew this desert, during any time of the day or night, but still didn't want to let himself get complacent. "Keep a watch out." He called to the two elves who rose up into the air on their mounts.

Areon nodded at Praey, walking forward though by foot on his own. He figured he should let someone else take that opportunity, mainly since he was feeling better and could walk along.

Sofera skipped ahead of the lead person a few times, before falling back to the rear of the group, and then skipping to the middle. She continued this pattern to keep herself busy, often laughing in the middle of it for no reason.

The half-kaldorei had made great time, his powerful orcish legs carrying him far across the land in a short amount of time. He had been lucky enough to not encounter any of the Dark Horde in his journey, and was nearing Tanaris now, despite it only having been a few days.
His long dark blue-black hair fluttered in the wind over his long greyish ears. His skin was a strange mottled color, grey-brown in most places, but greener in some and almost purple in others. His short tusks glinted in the moonlight as he continued to run, untiring.
"Almost there..." he nodded to himself, entering the Shimmering Flats.

Praey panted slightly. The group was keeping a fairly steady pace, and she walked along with them, instead of riding in Apocalypse. She fell in step with the half-orc, trying to make conversation and learn more about him.
"So joo are not all orc righ'?" she asked, taking a sip of her water skin and offering it to him. "Didjoo have issues growin' up?" She tried to be polite and not offend him.

"You're in a rather good mood" Areon said to Sofera, wondering why she was skipping around constantly, "you discover something?" he asked, glancing at the rest of group as well.
