Phagan thudded to the floor, Logan standing over him pointing a handgun right at his head. He looked around. There was nobody in the cavern - nobody came here at this time of the day. Good.

"NO!" shouted Blackblood, reaching a hand out to stop Star-Pelt.
Phagan grinned as he smelt another person's scent in the area. "You lose, Logan!" he laughed, slamming his finger on a button on his watch.
"No!" cried Logan. The sound of an explosion rang through Ironforge.

There were no bodies in the Forlorn Cavern; all there was was a patch of scorched ground from where the explosion hit and Logan's sniper and Phagan's handgun on the floor, covered in soot with and surrounded by bullets scattered on the floor.

Lighthowl fell her her knees, looking at the scene. What could have happened here? Was he dead? Had he managed to get away? So many question, so few answers.

Neither of the worgen said a word, the only sound was Blackblood loading the sniper with the bullets then slinging it over his back.
"I th-" stammered Wyrmabane, sobbing into Lightblood's shoulder.

"But... but there are no remains," Lighthowl said, trying to remain hopeful. "No blood, no body parts. Maybe... maybe he managed to escape somehow?"

"Yeah, let's go with that." said Blackblood, his face totally expressionless. He knew that probably any remains would have been singed by the explosion, but that doesn't explain why there wasn't any skeleton.

Unseen to the worgen, two small pools of blood were forming in the small lake in the Forlorn Cavern.
