Finally Moonhowl awoke. She stood and picked up the Bloodhowl Scythe, heading back for Shadowprey.
Sorrow still filled her, and so did hate, but there was... no joy. Anything in her soul that had made her happy was gone, stripped away by the Nightmare.

Praey shook her head. "No, no, I can do dis," she said with a smile. "But tanks fo' lookin' afta me hun."
Tza blinked a few times, and then smiled, reaching and grabbing the whistle. "Woah, it's great," she said, looking it over. She glanced at her son, who was curled up beside Frosthorn. "He'll love it... Thank you." She smiled at him, a true, honest smile.

Garos smiled back at her, and nodded. "Your welcome... both of you." He said quietly, and looked towards the cave entrance, seeing Brightscale looking out in disgust. "If you have to go, go little Brother. I'd rather you didn't do your business inside." He told the raptor with a laugh, which made the creature snarl at him before he ran outside. After a few moments, Brightscale ran back in and over to stand by Garos and, with a smile on his lizard face, shook all the water all over.
"Funny Brightscale, very funny. You know, we can still have you for super." Garos said with a laugh.

Praey took his hand with a smile. "Let's," she said, and the two walked out of the inn, feeling the stares from people at the large sack of gold Wrex carried. "I tink da bank is dis way," Praey said, pointing.
Tza chuckled quietly at the raptor, wiping the water he shook on them off her face. She stood up and stretched, walking over to the raptor and petting his spine. Brightscale chittered and rubbed his nose against her arm. "He's getting big," she said quietly.

Garos watched her stretch without seeming like he was watching, and nodded. "Yes he is. Probably why he's so hungry lately, must be going through a growth spurt." Garos agreed, and smiled, watching the two as Brightscale leaned into her hands, enjoying the petting.
Hm, I wonder.
Garos thought, looking at the raptor and recalling
stories
about the Ravasaurs.

Praey raised an eyebrow and hiccuped. "What about if sometin' happens tah me? Den what?"
Tza nodded. "Probably. Hopefully he doesn't get to big, he might try and eat me," she chuckled quietly. She yawned and sat next to Wrex, torn between sitting right next to him and not touching him. She reached for a blanket and wrapped it around her, shivering slightly.

"I doubt he'll eat you." Garos said with a slight smile as Brightscale curled up next to her, offering body heat. "I can increase the heat in here if your cold Tza'tali." Garos said looking over at her and seeing her shivering.

"Dunna talk like dat," Praey said, poking him in the chest. "We bot' gunna live tah be old an' fat an' happy," she smiled.
Tza stroked Brightscale's nose. "It's more of an emotional coldness, rather than physical," she admitted with a sad smile. "But thank you."

Garos blinked, looking over at Tza'tali.
An emotional coldness?
He thought, and wasn't sure what to do... then slid a little closer to her, still working on his carving, trying to let her know, without saying something, that he was there for her.

They walked into the bank and stood in line for a few minutes. Then they walked up the the teller, a beautiful, snooty looking blonde elf. "Can I help you?" she asked.
Praey nodded. "We wanna open up an' account fo' bot' of us, an' den deposit some gold." The blood elf raised a slender little eyebrow as Wrex lifted the gold and slammed it on the counter. Praey gave the information the elf needed from her and waited for Wrex to as well, putting her arm around him.
Tza nibbled on her lip and sighed. She sniffled and lay her head lightly on Garos's shoulder. She stared into the small fire and stroked Brightscale lightly.

"Thats Wrex Sharptusk, age 44, and former warlord" Wrex said as she wrote all of it down and rasied a curious brow when he said warlord as she looked him up and down

Garos looked down at Tza'tali and sighed, slipping his flesh and blood arm around her, but being careful to just do it as a friend, and not imply there was something more to it.
She's hurting, and I'm not taking advantage of that.
He thought, just wanting to be someone for her.

Praey snarled slightly at the elf. "Dat's all we need," she snapped. "Count dat gold fo' us an' den put it in da account. We know exactly how much is dere, an' take any an' yah dead." She kissed Wrex on the cheek before leaving the bank.
Tza sighed again and leaned closer to him, nuzzling his shoulder with her cheek. "I'm sorry.." she muttered as a tear rolled down her cheek. "I'm sorry for everything, and making you wait, and just... everything. I'm sorry for not knowing what I want.."

"Shh." Garos said, putting his carving tools away and shifting so she would be more comfortable. "It's alright Tza'tali." He murmured, pulling a scrap of cloth from his pouch and offering it to her. "You know what you want, but it's just taking you time to reach it." He told her, and just held onto her, Brightscale making small soothing noises as he nuzzled her hand.
