"Are you running low on gold?" he asked. He then heard footsteps coming. "Here, take these, and see you soon!" he said, throwing three bags of 100 gold each. The portal snapped shut.

Areon sighed heavily, his pride hurt enough as it was since he had been forced lately to accept so many hand-outs. He didn't know how the hunter was getting so much gold, knowing no person could just give that much away for free.
"There's something behind that hunter,"
Areon thought, seeing the medics walk in now.

Areon turned his head away for a moment, not wanting Valamra to feel uncomfortable since the nurses had to remove some of Valamra's clothing to inspect the wound further.
"I could perhaps help fix that scar later..,"

"Well, you look nice," Areon commented, his mood lightening from Valamra's smile.

"Yes," Areon replied, lightly squeezing Valamra's hand, glad to feel her warmth.
"You know... if you want, I think I could perhaps remove most of the scaring," Areon said, the two walking out and towards the gryphon master.

"Just a few holy spells with some of the medallion magic... maybe something else if needed, though I'm not a hundred percent sure," Areon said, slowly helping Valamra onto the gryphon. He began to tie some supplies onto the sides of the gryphon, securing everything for their trip.

"Alright then," Areon said smiling back. After a few moments, he finally managed to secure their belongings, stepping back for a moment.
"So did you want to control the gryphon's flight or no?" Areon asked.

Areon nodded, quickly getting in front and taking control of the gryphon. After a small kick, the gryphon launched into the air, climbing higher and higher into the sky.
"So what direction are we going?" Areon asked, wondering if the poster had a last known location.

"Alright, hold on tightly then," Areon said, the gryphon increasing speed as it raced across the sky above the Barrens.
"I wonder if she'll ever figure out that I returned all of that energy..,"
Areon thought, though glad she hadn't known since he was afraid she might become saddened at what he had done.
