"No, their not like that." Garos said, knowing that Tza'tali had spent some time with Areon and Valmara without any problems. The half-orc looked at the paladin then down at the proto-drake. "You don't see many of those this far south." He commented, pointing at the large dragon creature.

Garos nodded, then looked forward and saw Base momentarily in a tree before the troll disappeared again. "Look's like were still clear." He said absently, shifting a little to provide a better back rest for Tza'tali.

"Shatterspear you mean?" Garos asked, looking over at the paladin in confusion for a moment, then shrugged. "I don't know. Depends on what Tza'tali and Yo'kuno decide." He told the other.

Garos chuckled, and looked over at the paladin. "I'm sure you'll find many in need easily enough around here." He said with a smile, and looked skyward. "Besides, dependiong the route, it's possible that Base will take us past Auberdine, which has the port to many different places in the world after all." He said.

"There have been a few others." Garos said, but didn't feel like elborating as he knew Tza'tali wouldn't be happy if he shared information about Praey and Wrex with the paladin. "You said when we first met you were hunting the Worgen, and Bloodhowl's pack in particular, why was that?" Garos asked, looking over at him.

"Ah, I see." Garos said, looking at him then sighed and shook his head. "Well it's true that Bloodhowl did evil things... thing's I myself saw, at the end from what I've heard, he was merely trying to exist as your Gilenas allies do." He told the paladin, deciding to leave out what the Worgen had done to Valamra.
He nodded as the paladin dropped back to tailguard and looked forward again, seeing Ja for a moment this time, and he also signaled the all clear. The shaman reached down and belted himself and Tza'tali into the riding straps and dropped into a light meditative trance to doze.

Base and Ja stayed in the trees, keeping pace with the riding animals while Ji flew above them in bird form.
Base was still wondering what the human that had attacked them had been up to.

He could have been insane, but I doubt a psychotic person would lie in wait like that. He could have been a rookie assassin, who merely underestimated our numbers or skill, but that seems unlikely as well. Most of us have weapons showing and are wearing armor. It'd be hard to underestimate us by as much as he would have had to. In addition, it wasn't Garos that he targeted, but that paladin. Maybe he was a cultist, trying to kill one of us at the cost of his own life? That's possible, but why? Why us?

Maria hadn't known it, but he had been faking he had fallen asleep and had thrown the cup out the window shortly after she had tried again. Jack was glad that he had made sure to get his own room and lock the window this time, finally removing the chair from the door.
He yawned heavily, very sleepy from having staying awake the entire night.

Ragehowl woke up back in his room. His date with Maria had gone well, but he'd had to eventually go to sleep.
Lighthowl was sleeping in Jack's room, having passed out in there.
