Location: Desolace
Val'ran was suddenly shoved, turning to see a guard glaring at him.
"What do you want?" Val'ran hissed, the guard suddenly dropping his weapon. He went into a combat stance, dodging a hook before, quickly using a technique, pinning the guard to his chest.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" Val'ran spat.

"T-That wasn't.. me..," Jack sobbed, "it wasn't...," he kept on saying.

Lighthowl glared at him. "And why should I belive you now?" she said. "Give me one good reason!"

Jack didn't have any reason, letting his head lay on the ground in shame.
"Do what.. you want to.. then," Jack said, "I don't deserve.. anything.... anymore..," he murmured.

Mary woke up, feeling better. She sighed, since Linmarion wasn't there anymore. She didn't want to get up, but knew that she couldn't afford to stay in a hospital any more.
She sat up, started to get out of bed, and then blushed when she realized that she had no clothes. She called for a nurse, hoping that she could get something to where.

"Heh... Joo sertenleh look tuffuh," Ja chuckled, sitting next to Yo. "Ya like mah new ahm piecin'?" he asked, gesturing to the small bone stuck through the skin of his forearm.
Zi sat down on the other side of Yo.
"Heh... Was wunduhin' whe' ya went," she chuckled. "Joo feelin' bettah? Ya look bettah," she grinned.

Not able hold her tears back anymore, she broke into a crying fit. "I love you too, Jack," she said. She moved over to him, holding him close to her.

"She's gone." Sheril told Dennis, stepping down the stairs of the shack and looking at him. He nodded, deciding not to reveal just who that had been. "We're closing the Circles now, moonrise is in another 2 hours but better safe then sorry." She said, as several other Pack members moved down the stairs and placed plates of food on the ground for them to eat if they were hungry before the moon came up.

Jack embraced Lighthowl, not daring to let go. Everything didn't feel as cold now, knowing the cultist Jack had been defeated, and that he would live after all, not in misery.
