"I pushed away because people hurt me!" the half-kaldorei snarled. "I didn't want to open up! I didn't want to become vulnerable. But you lured me into a sense of safety. You took away my hurt. You promised that Wrex was just a friend. I stopped pushing away because I thought that maybe you wouldn't hurt me. Well... I couldn't have been more wrong. I got hurt. You've already said it, you don't love anyone. And that includes me. No one loves me and no one ever will. Just let me go and be alone physically at least, in addition to emotionally."

"If dats what joo want, den I'll go," she said angrily. "Jus' tink about dis. Maybe I would'na have hurt joo if joo had actually told meh how joo feel 'bout me, hmm?" she said quietly, glaring at him. It was his own damn fault anyways, for hiding his feelings. She wasn't a mindreader.
She got up and walked away, the blanket trailing behind her. The priestess knelt beside Wrex, grabbing his hand. "How do joo feel?" she asked quietly. She could feel the half-orc's hurt gaze on her, but tried to ignore it. There was no point in feeling worse than she already was. A tear rolled down her cheek.

Areon sighed, walking up to Praey after he stood back up.
"Praey," Areon said, taking off the ring he had held onto this entire time, "if it makes you feel better, you can take this back," Areon said, holding out the Amani jewelery.

"And maybe you would have... You don't love anyone... You said it yourself..." the half-elf muttered to himself as he stood. "I'm going, then... Goodbye..." he nodded, moving for the mouth of the cave.

Sylos sat on the ledge on one of the higher platforms in the giant buiilding in the middle of the city.
"Something wrong A'dal." He thought to the naruu.
A lost soul trying to find there place in the world.
A'dal replied. Sylos just looked down.
"What is happening to the world so many people are suffering." He thought
The destroyer did more than just wreack havoc on the world he destroyed everyone's sense of safety. Now people don't know what to do in this new world.
A'dal replied.
"May the light help them whoever they are." Sylos said to himself.

"He's still unresponsive." Someone said above him, and he heard a grunt, followed by a hand touching his forehand. "He's not there, I think his spirit is off somewhere. Make sure he's not left behind if we have to abandon this place." The voice rumbled, and the other said something too low to make out.

Tza'tali & Yo'kuno
Northern Barrens
She stumbled along in the rain, looking for shelter to protect her and her child against the storm. Her bright green skin was coated in mud, hiding her stripped tattoos on her arms, legs and face. A thick hooded cloak helped protect her from the rain, though she was still drenched.
Her babe, almost three, clung to his mother as she carried him up the slope. His tusks were just coming in, and he had the fiery red hair of his father, along with pale turquoise skin. He was crying, tears mixing with mud and rain as he buried his face in his mothers chest, trying his best to block out the thunder he was so afraid of. In one hand, in clutched a stuffed animal, a ragged and torn raptor.
The pair staggered up the hillside, desperately looking for shelter. "Don't worry mah child, we'll stop and rest soon," the mother said soothingly, pausing to scan the mountains. There it was, a small cave nestled amongst the rocks. She climbed, faster now, loosing her footing every so often but catching herself every time. She heard voices and crept up, silently.

Praey sighed, placing another blanket on Wrex to keep him warm. Her mild replayed the events of the night over and over, making her more confused than she already was.

The half-orc noticed someone climbing the mountain towards the cliff, but he paid them little heed. Instead, he merely descended himself, heading for the base of the mountain.

Northern Barrens
Tza'tali turned, seeing some one walk out of the cave and right by her. She trailed after him, wondering why anyone would dare leave in such a horrible storm. "Wait, wait, why are yah leaving? It's a million times safer in that cave instead of out here," she said, catching up to him. Yo'kuno was balanced on her hip, his eyes closed and his face buried in her chest still.
Praey followed her gaze to the mouth of the cave, but didn't move. She was too exhausted, both physically and mentally to even care what was going on.

It's too dark to get a good look, I guess...
" he thought absently. "Don't worry about me. I'll be fine. I need to be alone right now. You have someone else to look after, by the looks of it."

"Something wrong?" Areon asked, sitting next to Valamra.

The troll nodded, her eyes glowing slightly red under her hood. She kissed her child on the head softly. "That I do. But that doesn't mean I can't look after others as well." She stood there for a moment, unable to leave when she could be allowing someone else to walk to their death.
Praey looked down, noticing the ring she had given Areon. She turned to him.
"Not, want?"
she asked quietly, holding up the ring.
