So who else plans on getting some gender reassignment surgery? I know I do. I think this was a good idea, and I'm glad they stopped at gender changing. No paid race and class changes is good. I'm glad about this, I stopped playing some of my high level toons because of wrong gender/face choices. TY blizz!

That's a bit much. I mean, how often do you see your character? And then... the name thing.

There's only two reasons to want to change your name that badly: Either you made the entire server hate you somehow (which that doesn't cover ignore lists) or you chose something incredibly stupid like "Lolizretadin." No matter which of those two, you earned it and I would have a hard time justifying the money spent.

Ganit, I don't really agree with the name change part. I personally got my main's name changed a while ago for neither of those reasons. Instead, I wanted to make it easier for others - my old name included an accented character which is difficult to enter with an English keyboard layout (yes, my fault, but originally the character was just an alt and I do think it reduced the number of annoying random invites and whispers) - and just getting something new and fresh. I don't regret using those 8 euro one bit.

Altho I don't really get why they made your face only changeable with real money when you can totally redo your hair for a few gold in-game...

You guys gotta realize that they just tossed in the sex change, face change, and skin color change into the normal name change package. It's a bonus really! To change your name it was the same price before! Plus they must've planned this ahead with all the dks being made and then adding 'special faces' and 'skin tones' just to get a little extra profit. Which is no big deal, they are a business. I know I want my 78 dk to be a BLUE cow, not named Colddkcow.

You only see your character when you're playing the game. Which can be kind of a long time, if you decide you don't like how they look.

You might just decide you want a different name. You might think of something that fits, or something that is cooler, or whathaveyou. Lots of different reasons.

If you are trying to hide and you are a twat then its inevitable you will end up annoying/insulting someone soon enough anyway. i dont think a name change can negate the effects of being a moron.

QFT. Another reason to change your name: you went with a Blizzard randomly created name rather than picking one yourself. I did this, my main was my first toon and I didn't know if the name I was thinking of (Slappy, an admittedly dumb name but I was just going to play for ten days and then delete my character, yeah right) worked, so I figured their random name would. I'm not going to change it now but I have thought about it in the past for that reason.
