Does anyone know of an addon that will automatically sort and stack up my items?
I am currently using
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/mr-plow.aspx
but it doesn't work with specialist bags (i.e. Inscription Bags) and is now a dead project.

+1 for ArkInventory - it's really flexible, lets you have groupings within one bag so you can sort items by type automatically, lets you set up rules (so i have a group for DPS gear, a group for Tank gear etc) and is generally pretty well thought out.
