Band of Halos - Good ring for a resto druid?

I was thinking of either getting the Band of Halos ring or the Bishop's Cloak. Currently I have Celestial Jewel Ring and Ring of Convalescence and Cloak of Scintilating Auras as my cloak, but I dont know which badge of justice items would be a bigger upgrade for me. Thanks for the help

Yea I forgot all about that headless horseman ring, I only got the damage and healing one, and I feel stupid for not getting the healing one.
