Banned Account?

I have stopped playing to try and focus on the last year of school but its coming up to the holidays and i want to play again for a while ! I tried to log onto my account to see if I can add some game time only to find my account has been banned? I don't remember doing anything to warrant it been banned?

I went to my hotmail which i dont really use and found i had 'End User License Agreement Conflicts' emails which i obviously never dealt with.

I've submitted a ticket, but what else can I do to get my account back/ can i get it back at all?

Call Blizzard on the phone, make sure you have your game discs with you that have the product key, and they'll get it back up and running in no time.
