Beating DK's With Numbers

Hello, this is my first real Theorycraft, and I was wondering if I could get some feedback. As you can Imagine the level 59 Bracket is teeming with DK's, and as a rogue they are rippin' me apart. So I decided to do a little number crunch. First thing I came up with was that Rupture deals more Damage than my 5pt Eviserate because of their armor. So while I dont think I have the know-how to do it at what point would I have to bring my AP to so that my Evis can balance out, or is that not possible because the of how the armor is calculated? Like I said its my first shot at even attemping to crunch anything in WoW so go easy. ><; Any help or pointing in the right direction would be appreciated. Also is there a site that has all the forumulas?

Death knight has stun immune skill... The best thing you can do is ambush/garrote dismantle ss/bs/mut rupture cloak+vanish after dismantle is gone. Repeat this and hope you got better gear...
