That means you missed something. Even before the new Troll island, if you did everything, including watching the in-game story time videos (quests are in the mail) then you should be Exalted.
If you are stuck, install the AddOns HandyNotes and HandyNotes_LoreWalkers.

If you got an achievement, you were sent an in game mail to visit
Lorewalker Cho
, and the link shows his location. Each time you finish an achievement, you get mail which contains quest items. Accept the quests and go visit Mr Cho.
I was exalted before I got all the achievements in the 5.0 Pandaria zones, and there are new ones on the Troll island.
You can go back to visit Lorewalker Cho to view the videos again and again if you wish.
