there isnt one. hunters are the suck. At least they will be soon. Work on a new class.
ok so i know thats extreme, but bm hunters everywhere feel the same way. We feel like a sad country song where our dog died our wives ran off with the milk man and the horse we're riding for some reason just cant be quite as awesome as Silver was.

Reaper just feels like the nerf is going to be too big...
I know this isnt the thread for it but all other threads on this topic like to magically lock themselves (Gryphon... Im thinking back to the email conversation we had a few weeks back).
Its not even that I feel its too much, I feel its completely unwarranted and unjustified this early into the xpac. I have no idea where their testing is coming from, but those tests are not being substantiated in game. WWS doesnt support those tests. The top guilds in the world dont support those tests.
What is supported? BM scales well but levels off as the rest of the pack gets their gear. As reciprocated in nearly 500 posts in the official forums... its too early to do anything. The majority of raiding guilds havent even cleared 25 man Naxx yet, not to mention Malygos.
Bottom line: This is a slap in the face. Its actually semi-offensive, and only semi due to the fact that its a game and in no way effects real life. Even so... its a game I invest a decent amount of money, and large amount of time on. The fun for me was to max out my character and be the best. I chose dps to blow @#$% up. If these changes are made... what am I gonna do? throw on some spell gear and hit a feral drood with a mend pet? We have 0 raid utility since none of our buffs stack with any other buff from any other class. Hell we dont even stack on ourselves. We bring NOTHING should this go down. All this time and effort we've all invested... moot. Doesnt mean jack. Leth's sticky... done. Shadows sticky... done. Doesnt mean squat.
*edit* Ya know... It might make it a little easier to adapt to if we had any representation in Arena... but we dont. This doesnt make it any better.. in fact.. it actually makes it worse. Now my pet (really the only thing we had going for us as BM in PvP) is a 1 shot away from dead. Deterence? ha gimme a break. Now cut my damage output by 30%. Thank you! My only shot in arena was to burn down my opponent as fast as i possibly could. How do I do that now? Attack Power was my only counter to the massive amounts of resilience in Arena. Thats gone too.
So what? I should be a little less passionate about the class Ive played, tweeked, and mastered for the past 2 years being nerfed into extinction (correction... nerfed into uselessness, but whats the difference)? Sure... let me hop right on that one.

I use this
spec
for everything nowadays. I personally find it great for instance and raid dps. Almost always end up near the top of the list.
(I know it's not the best, but I'm not a hardcore raider...)
Edit: And I know I didn't go after the +3% hit...

I feel precisely as you do. I'm stumped as to what to do now, be it continue investing hours in gameplay for rep/upgrades for my hunter, or level one of my 70's as a backup. I'm trying to stay positive in hopes that the actual implementation is not as bad as the thought, but if it is...I detest wasting my time.
I have a Prot Paladin-Druid-Rogue waiting at 70, and being extremely vexed about the future of my hunter I can't even play them for fear if the changes aren't terrible, I wasted time.
As to spec, I will continue to use readiness 50/21 until it is no longer viable. I do not want to switch specs and then realize later that I was fine.

This is why I have a warlock AND a hunter...just in case.
Personally, however, I don't care. Either way, I'll solo ZG for my mounts just fine.

lol locks sucks now. They are like off the DPS lol. Play a druid or DK. They are Blizzard's baby and will never get any major nerf.
