Orc - an extra 25% (or is it 15% now?) stun duration reduction
Orcs also provide with a AP buff which no longer causes self MS effect and axe expertise.
Undead got a free PvP trinket, plus dark magic resists.
Trolls got 15% slow duration reduction which stacks, and 10-30% haste for 10s.
I'd pick Undead or Orc.
