Best enhancement PvE totems not available to PvE players?

Seems to me that the totem that grants AP while Lava Lash is on cooldown is the best totem for Enhancement PvE... and the only one that's available requires 1200 Arena Points and a personal/team rating of 2030...

wtf?

I guess I'm going to stick with my level 70 Stonebreaker's Totem until Blizzard releases a new batch of PvE totems... or maybe the Totem of Hex, since my guild has NO elemental shaman...

Try the cheaper version of the same: Savage Gladiator's Totem of Indomitability

Ok, it still requires honor and some arena points but it doesn't have the rating requirement that makes is so ridiculous.

It's not available in game is the problem, Soran.

The Savage/Hateful gladiator weapons/relics/etc are not currently on the vendors, even though the Deadly ones are.

If Savage/Hateful totems DO get released, I will retract my complaint, as those are both fairly attainable for a PvE player.

by far the best totem pve or pvp is the 212bonus ap wf, not very expensive also (15 badges if i'm not mistaken)
Wrong, even the Stonebreaker's Totem is better.

But for WotLK totems it goes:

Deadly > Hateful > Dueling > Savage > Splintering.

It does, Sympathy, but as of right now the heirarchy is:

Deadly > Dueling > Stonebreaker's > Splintering

because Hateful and Savage are NYI. Hence the topic.

And yes, Splintering sucks. the AP addition of the PvP totems or the Stonebreaker's totem also gives us spellpower. The Splintering totem adds about 80 damage to your windfury hits (212AP / 14 = 15 DPS addition, or 40 damage per hit from a 2.6 speed weapon).
