im decently geared but my dps is low idk what im doing wrong.....can i get some advice here is my armoury page

that is a rather weird build actually..
y did you take unbridles wrath over commanding pres? and only 3 points in dual wield specialization?
i am currently using

and push about 2.8k dps on a bossfight in a 5 man heroic.
in 25 man wintergrasp raid its about 3.8k on the boss.
the point in anger management can basically be put anywhere, and the 2 in unbridled wrath can be put in booming voice..

well, its really nothing special unusual -> the old fury rotation with a few slams every now and then..
usually its something like
starting with bloodthirst and then alternating BT / Whirlwind depending which is on CD. i give BT preference on single mobs or bosses, and in aoe groups whirlwind (provided the tanks have aggro).
if slam procs i use it as long as i have the rage (which i usually do ;-) ), and as a rage dump i use heroic strike (sometimes cleave) (get an addon to tell you when you can slam - i use event alert)
also, proc death wish / trinkets / recklessness at the same time and keep them on cooldown.
for boss fights in heroics, i usually wait till the last 30% to pop trinkets and DW / Reck.. on a raid boss start asap, as u will most likely have the time to do 2 or 3 pops. drinking a haste pot while all trinkets are activated + the 20% increased damage from death wish just makes the damage go through the roof...
its also nice to pop them on trash once the tank has aggro. a whirlwind crit on a trash group and youve got deep wounds ticking away on all the mobs ^^
