i'm tailoring/enchanting but i think that enchanting and inscription would probably be decent. those shoulder enchants are pretty imba.
a few of the other professions have 'best in slot' type items (engineering heads, alchemy trinkets etc) which are very nice but not such a big improvement over something you'd end up with without the profession.
the ring enchants are straight SP increase so they're great and the shoulder enchants are quite a step up from the sons of hodir ones and don't require the massive rep grind.

Currently the best SP setup for warlocks is Leatherworking/Blacksmithing, or so i've heard.
I personally don't like that combo, I want to drop tailoring as i see it's utterly useless, and I'm deciding between JC and engineering. I am waiting for a future patch for any changes to the professions, for BoP gear and such..

Eng - goggles/toys (i love my mailbox)
Tailoring - lightweave embroidery (an extra 1-2k at random is nice)
like i say, goggles are nice but how much better are they than whatever you'd get without engineering? not so much.
and lightweave is nice if you're an enchanter but it's really underpowered if that's all you get.
we need constant and irreplaceable buffs.
